Extra amenities provided so you have everything you need for a comfy stay while visiting us here in the capital city of Michigan.






PLEASE NOTE: This property does not have direct river access, however there is a nice public boat launch just 3 minutes down the street. Grand River offers great kayaking and boating experiences with plenty of scenic views of nature and wildlife.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was well updated and very cheerful and comfortable. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely book here again.

This is THE place to stay in the Lansing area! SO lovely, immaculate, smells good, nicely furnished, beautiful decor. TONS of amenities i.e. ironing board and iron in each room, just very well thought out. Very well-equipped kitchen, nice fridge. I could go on and on!!! Note that the river is not right in the back of the house, it’s a couple of streets across but super easy walk. Very nice older neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!!

Great place to stay in Lansing! Easy check in/check out, gracious hosts, and a lovely property. The mattresses were very comfy and the sheets were really soft. (That was very welcome because we had long, busy days visiting friends and this was a great place to come back to!) Also, the water pressure and hot water in the showers is great.We didn't really use the kitchen but it looked fully outfitted.Excellent experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this rental and hope to book it again myself next time I am in Lansing!

Our stay was great! The entire place was pristinely clean and the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The property had a great yard and outdoor seating area, and the inside was modern and had all the comforts one needs, even extra phone/ipad charging stations. Would stay here again, without question.

This house was really clean and well stocked and nicely decorated. It was a relaxing place to stay and had everything we needed to spend a nice weekend. The hosts gave great instructions for check in and I appreciated that they checked with me to make sure we were comfortable and everything was as expected. I would absolutely choose to stay again because the location was easy to find and the house was lovely.

We came for MSU basketball camp for our kids and the place was perfect for what we needed. Very clean and super nice people. Would definitely stay again!

The host had been absolutely amazing!!! Very prompt at answering questions and make sure you feel welcome and have everything you need. The house is very clean and very nicly decorated and has the amenities you need! I would absolutely stay here again without question!!

This place a was great! Looked newly renovated, was clean, the bedding was super nice and the location was great! Overall we had a great experience and Eric was an amazing host!

We absolutely loved our stay! Eric was incredibly kind and accommodating. The house was immaculate, the bed was super comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was incredible. I’d stay again just for the shower Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

The overall experience was excellent. Everything was spotless. Enjoyed walking along the waterfront, which was right outside the house. Beds were comfortable.
