Beautiful Lake Travis plus 2 wooded acres close to Austin!

This property is tucked away in the country surrounded by quiet nature, beautiful big trees, and on the Lake with Lake access for those water toys or just to take a cool dip in the lake. There are Marinas for boat and water craft rentals close making it convenient if you want to enjoy the lake but do not own a boat or jet ski. There is a community boat ramp next the house for your use if you bring a boat or Jet Ski. Just a few miles down the road you will find an assortment of places to eat and shopping. Austin is a short drive with plenty of activites and nightlife. The best thing about this property is the peace and quiet, the lake access, the big beautiful trees and the easy access to lake and city life. Lots of do if you are tired of relaxing. The living area has 20 plus foot ceilings, butcher block counter and farmhouse sink in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have king beds and the entire house has vinyl plank flooring. There are 5 panel wood doors, central heat and air, double pane windows with view of Lake Travis. It's a short walk down to the water for a dip in pretty Lake Travis.

You can enjoy Adirondack seating for 6 one quiet wooded lot with a view of the lke and gas firepit if it's a little cool.

Gas Grill is available outside for your convenience.

Immaculately clean, comfy cabin. Hosts were great answering questions and making sure we had what we needed when we arrived. We would stay again.

Family Spring Break Getaway

Great property for anyone liking the outdoors but still wanting to be near to major local attractions. All the family from our 8 YR to our 16 YR enjoyed the stay , really recommend this rental and looking forward to our return.

The property was very beautiful and clean we were able to check in early since we getting there earlier than expected. The place was clean and very spacious not to far from stores to get shopping done. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were amazing when we ran out of toilet paper and trash bags they brought some out quickly.

Great beach themed house

Great place. It reminded me of a beach house. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Found a Costco nearby. Even went to Austin and San Antonio, but not the same day. We would stay there again.

This property acts as a second home for busy children and grandchildren when we have no renters occupying the property. It is also a beautiful place for us to enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful Lake Travis. We enjoy the hills, the trees and the water and I think you will too!

This property and the entire area helps you feel removed from the everyday zone and bring you to a relaxing and peaceful space. When you are tired of relaxing you are minutes from an assortment of stores and resturants and a short drive into Austin for concerts, shows, shopping or just sight seeing.
