Modern family friendly home with garage, big yard

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Leander, just north of Austin. Leander is one of the fastest-growing cities in the nation so there is no shortage of things to do, from parks, restaurants, shopping and more, everything is still close and convenient!

This recently-renovated home was designed with families in mind. It features an open concept layout with a large kitchen island. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 40-inch smart TV (Netflix, Disney+) and a private en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and Smart TV. Kids will love the 3rd bedroom which features bunk beds, bean bag chairs and toys and books. A pack and play and high chair are also available. The home has a large, fenced backyard perfect for kids to run around and play.

While my maximum occupancy is seven, the home was designed to comfortably accommodate four adults and two children or teens.

During summer months (Memorial weekend - Labor Day weekend), there is a public Junior Olympic size swimming pool just 4 mins away and I will reimburse the cost of admission, just send me a photo of your receipt!

Liberty Hill - 10 mins
Q2 Stadium/Austin FC - 30 mins

If availability allows, I offer early check-in or late check out for an extra fee of $10/hr.

Listing was accurate, close to lots of amenities. Nice fenced in back yard so wonderful if you have dogs. Host very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Our stay was truly memorable. The home is beautifully appointed, exceptionally comfortable, and had everything we needed. One thing that really stood out, compared to many other VRBO rentals, was the quality of the kitchenware. The pots, pans, knives, and other cooking utensils were of good quality, which made preparing meals a pleasure. My mom has dietary restrictions, so having a well-equipped kitchen was especially important to us, and the home exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would absolutely rent from them again. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and comfortable home, and for the great communication

Great place

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is ideally located to great restaurants and major highways. It is so quiet and peaceful. We will stay here again in our next trip to the Austin area.

Family Wedding

We were in town to attend a family wedding at Kindred Oaks and this property was perfect! We appreciated the cleanliness of the home, the excellent communication and neighborhood, and the proximity to the venue. Would definitely stay again when visiting family again.

Cute House, Comfortable Beds

We enjoyed our stay at this nicely updated older home. House has a nice layout if traveling with small children. Quiet neighborhood and check in was very easy. Only thing i noted was the grass was badly in need of mowing. We would stay here again when in the Leander area.

Very cozy and quiet neighborhood. The house was pleasant and had everything we needed to have a great weekend trip. The yard was well maintained and the kids enjoyed playing on the grass. The property owner was very response to our concerns and we felt genuinely taken care of. Thank you!
