Your feedback about the pool being a hit with the kids and the comfort of our beds is much appreciated. We truly value your feedback regarding the pool and common areas. High season does bring a lot of guests, and with that comes plenty of sunscreen and sand, which can be challenging to manage, but we are continually seeking ways to improve. Also, as you noted, the floors do get a build-up from frequent mopping, and although we strip them once a year, we'll certainly take your comments into consideration for more regular intensive cleanings. Regarding the beach towels, you're correct; we currently don't provide them, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We'll ensure our future guests are better informed about this. Thank you again for your insights and for recommending our place to other families.
