The COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE is a Beautiful and Charming 4 bedroom 3 bath home in Royal Sands Beachfront Neighborhood! Vaulted ceilings, big spacious living area and separate game room downstairs will insure for a great relaxing fun stay. All beds are pillow top high quality mattresses and the bunk beds are all memory foam which are amazing! Just steps from the Gulf and only a few feet from one of the adjacent neighborhood swimming pool areas. Royal Sands has two neighborhood swimming pools. Our home offers all of the comforts of home with all the accessories for a perfect beach vacation. The COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE has a well equipped kitchen, blender, drip coffee maker, Keurig and a air fryer. There is gas & charcoal Grills. Granite counter tops, stained concrete floors and much more. High-speed internet, Smart TVs in every bedroom. The bay can be viewed from the porch and 2nd floor bedrooms, and Ocean from the back porch and living room. We love dogs (NO CATS) and welcome them into our home however they need to obey a few rules. The house is non-smoking. The beach is about a five minute walk away across a beautiful boardwalk that takes you across the sand dunes. With the Gulf on one side and the Bay on the other, our guests soak up a real beach experience. Port Aransas is in the migratory path for many species of birds, affording a great opportunity for birding.
At the COASTAL PARADISE BEACH HOUSE all boats and watercraft must be parked fully in the driveway as well as automobiles. If needed, you may park boats, you can park near the pool or designated parking spots in the community.

The hosts have thought of everything! Provided beach towels, dog towels, 2 grills, lots of bath towels, well-stocked kitchen. AC works great- kept us cool! Very prompt communication from hosts! One of our favorite stays in Port A!

Beautiful, welcoming beach house a short walk from the beach. Well appointed and super clean. It had everything we needed for a family weekend away

Great location and hosts!

Neighborhood pools were dirty, we were staying the 4 days after the 4th, but we could not swim two of our full three days in the pools. Beach was wonderful, even after a very busy weekend. The grill had only one working burner, upstairs front balcony had two broken chairs of the four that were there. Back porch was really nice. There was a missing remote in one of the bedrooms, but we could shuttle one from another room back and forth. Other than that, it was a great family home to share!

Great Port A get away
We had a wonderful time in this home. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and the beach is easy walking from the boardwalk at the back of the neighborhood.

Great house!
House has lots of room, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and in a nice neighborhood. Owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

Great Vacation Home
Home is in the perfect location: quiet neighborhood, short walk or drive to beach, pool amenities, everything you need for the perfect vacation getaway. The house is amazing and the host(s) have everything you need! I highly recommend

Great house! The house is spacious and stocked with everything you need! There’s a pack n play and high chair for little ones, towels galore for beach and bath, and plenty of dishes for cooking, serving, and eating. Loved our stay here. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes and very easy to access with a golf cart too.

Loved this house!
We had an awesome time in Port A staying in your house. The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable!

We designed this home to be a vacation home for my family and friends. We enjoy fishing and time at the beach at the Texas coast. We wanted to make a weekend retreat that we can come down from central Texas and enjoy. We put high quality mattresses in everyone room and memory foam mattresses in the bunk room for our kids to enjoy. You will also enjoy some of the perks with this house including watching Smart tv's in your bedroom, sipping margaritas on the porch, playing pinball on rainy days, and much more. This place is our 2nd home and I designed it to be very comfortable.
