Nice place.There for a short 2 days. Had wedding in adjacent town. While we did not have chance to fully use all the toys it was a really well kept property.

We stayed with our children, grandchild and grandpups. The house is as described and has all the basics needed to stay in for meals. Great, relaxing space out back overlooking the lake. We ate one night at Mike's Pizza around the corner - excellent and highly recommended! We also rented a pontoon from Bryant Lake & Lawn Services in Rochester which made the weekend even better. Nyona Lake is quiet lake with great fishing. The area is quiet and great for relaxing. Nic was very responsive to my questions. We would stay again :)

House was spotless. Kayaks for paddling around the lake. There is also a multi game table inside. Very quiet. This is our second time staying at this rental and would do so again.

It was very clean, peaceful and a beautiful view! Unable to use lake and amenities as it was too cold obviously but wouldn’t mind booking it again for the summer!

Loved the lake view. Lived not far from this lake at one time. Very peaceful. Felt very much “at home”. Hope to come back.

Met family at this location. We had our Thanksgiving! The rental was clean and very nice to stay and the beds were great!

Great place.

We stayed for the weekend. It was very relaxing. The mats on the water and the kayaks were a huge hit with everyone.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay on Nyona Lake! The property was very nice. Lots of space and very comfortable. The outdoor space was nice too. We enjoyed a kayak ride on the lake, and took a bike ride on nearby Nickel Plate Trail.

Great lake get-away

We had a wonderful week at this very clean, nice house. Enjoyed the kayaks, fishing off the dock, grilling and fires at the firepit. Nice golf courses and parks in the area! Fantastic time for our family!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. It was immaculate and had everything we wanted to enjoy the weekend. The bbq, fire pit, games, and comfy beds made for a great weekend amongst friends.....thank you so much! We will be back!

Family fun and relaxation

Really nice property and enjoyed it. Only downside was the pier had been damaged and wasn’t repaired yet when we got there, but we made do and had a great experience.

quiet lake

Rural lake with relaxing sleepy town. Fishing was okay from the dock, however we are spoiled in Minnesota so it's hard to compare. Kayaks were fun and cabin was clean. Great spot!

Just what we wanted!

The property is exactly as advertised, very nice, beautiful backyard, right on the water, very quiet neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with, and made check-in very simple. We hope to return, as we had a great time.

Fall wedding base camp

Perfect for what we needed. Quiet seetting and nice views. In area for a wedding, so did not utilize the kayaks or go out on the water.

Great place

Great place! Easy check in. Hardly left the dock the entire time. Neighbors were super nice. Had Mike’s pizza when we got in and frequented the bait shop for ice! Just what we needed. Nick was a great host!

Family vacation

Property was exactly what we were looking for. We rented a pontoon boat, which was very easy from a company suggested by the property owner. Kitchen made it very easy to cook our meals. Plenty of seating to eat together as a family. Eight adults and one child slept comfortably. We really enjoyed our weekend away!

Lake vacation

My grandchildren wanted a beach area and easy access to the water and this property was great for that. The aerator on the dock really helps minimize the algae and the mud mats help too. The house stayed cool even though everyday was in the 90 s.

Thank you for your review! We really try to keep the algae away with the aerator, muck mats, and removing weeds diligently. It's difficult sometimes with storms and change of weather but we're glad it was clear for you and your family.

Perfect spot

This little home is a jewel. It was perfect for our time in Rochester, and everyone enjoyed our stay. The area is beatiful, with the lake frozen. We all have said we should make a summer trip also. Thanks for the hospitality. Very quick getting back with us on questions.
