Peaceful Bolivar beachfront home w/ footpath access to the Gulf of America

Depending on the calendar, we can adjust check-in and check-out times that suit your schedule!

Make yourself at home in our peaceful 1,500 sqft beach house! You can step out onto the wide expanse of sand from the Golf cart and pedestrian-only beach access located directly next to the home. Enjoy the unobstructed view from the spacious deck, grill some fresh seafood on the BBQ (next to the outdoor shower), or have a blast splashing in the salty water of the newly minted Gulf of America.

Located 10 minutes from the Bolivar Ferry Landing, the home is convenient for Galveston day trips.

We've included linens, small toiletries, and towels with the property to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The Master bedroom has a walk-in closet, while the 2 smaller bedrooms have both dressers and closets. The Smart TV in the main room has Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ included with it. We have a game cabinet with a selection of board games!

We loved the Outpost! Short walk to the beach, large porch for cornhole playing. Breakfast on the porch watching the waves! Listening to the frogs and toads while watching fireflies!! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals with everything needed. This will be our go to location when visiting Crystal Beach.

Great beach house with an excellent view. House is a bit older but that does not detract from its charm. Really great communication from host. We will definitely be back.

The house was very clean and located in a great location! The entrance to the beach was next to the house which made it really easy! The master bedroom bed was so comfortable!! Might need to add a few more items in the kitchen and a TV in the master bedroom would be nice! My husband and son and I had a good time I just wish it wouldn't have rained the whole time we were there, but the big back porch made it nice to sit out there when it was raining and look at the beach! Allison was very nice and responded quickly when we messaged her before the trip. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

The house was very clean and had an awesome view. Everything worked good and it was a short walk to the beach. There were a ton of mosquitoes in the grass surrounding the house and the walking path but it had been raining prior to us arriving.

Great Beach House!

My family enjoyed their stay at this front row beach house. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the view was amazing! We will stay again!

Another excellent stay

This is our third time staying at this house. We love the quiet location and the house layout. The expansive deck is perfect for enjoying the outdoors but being close enough to the kitchen for a quick drink refill.

The view from the large covered deck was beautiful. Spacious and comfortable den area. Kitchen has everything you need. Air conditioning works great.Our stay was a 66th Birthday party. All the ladies were impressed with the decor, we stayed on the large scenic deck soaking up the rays.

We wanted to find a place close to the beach for the Labor Day weekend. The location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and overlooking the dunes. Lots of fireflies in the evening, lots of nostalgia for me. Haven’t seen them in years. We look forward to staying here again!

Amazing time

This is our second time at this property and once again we all had a great time. It is a beautiful home and the walk to the beach is short and the view at sunrise and sunset...beautiful.

Wonderful

Loved the property right on the beach. Kids had a blast playing on the beach. And having to ride the ferry was a fun experience whenever we went into Galveston.

Great location. Excellent communication with the host. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately and directly. A little issue with small bathroom access.
