This home has a spectacular gulf view from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom! Sleeping quarters include master bedroom with king size bed - guest room with queen bed and a bunk room with 1 full/full bunk bed and one twin/twin bunk bed. For your convenience all beds are pre-made with linens provided for free. But the best part is the view! From the 3 decks you can watch the sun rise or sun set. In addition you will see the ships travel in the Gulf and the barges on the Inter-coastal canal. The grill, two built in picnic tables and bar downstairs make entertaining easy and enjoyable in any kind of weather. WiFi & ROKU are available. Beautiful place and location

House and location were beautiful. Very relaxing stay. Loved sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset. Perfect place.

Excellent beach house!

Even though a severe thunderstorm nearby and knocked out the power. The property owner was great!! She checked on us regularly and made our stay wonderful! We will return!

Great experience

Everything was exactly what I expected at booking. I’ve read a few reviews about bedding which wasn’t a problem for me. Slept great. All the appliances worked perfectly along with ac/heating. We used both on this trip. Couldn’t ask for a better location, literally right on the beach. I hope to have the opportunity to return!

Absolutely Amazing!

The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and the view was amazing! It was a quick walk to the beach and with an outdoor shower to wash all the sand off before heading into the house! We will be back!

Wonderful weekend

We were extremely pleased with the beach house it had great views, lots of deck space to sit with spectacular ocean views. We fished on beach in front of house. The house was clean with plenty of space. Would stay again!!

Our family loves Pelican Bay!!

This was year #2 for us and it has all the comforts of home. We had a couple of rainy days but we had plenty of room to spread out and the covered deck and deck furniture allowed us to sit outside in between storms!! The check in and check out is so easy and convenient too. Thanks for sharing your house!!

Great Get Away

This place is awesome, very clean and a terrific location. We had a great time and we will stay here again for sure. I highly recommend this place if you want a great house beach front and incredible sunrise and sun sets.

early departure

Enjoyed the short stay, but due to snow storm and travel advisories predicted we had to leave a day early. Not sure that we will be reimbursed one night's stay due to these circumstances beyond our control. We did notify the owner of our early departure and why, but did not receive assurances regarding reimbursement.

Wonderful views!

The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The views and beach access was easy and very close to the house. Beautiful views of the ocean. The owner was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend and will stay there again!

Great Home with amazing views!

Probably the best property we’ve visited on the Texas coast in a long time, The home was very clean and well maintained, the deck was huge and beach access couldn’t have been better. The owner book of suggestions and menus was very helpful as this was our first visit to The Bolivar peninsula.

Nice place

The property is a nice basic beach house with quick access to a very good beach. The beach was mostly clean with lots of shells. The pictures make the house look more spacious than it actually is, but it is fine for a family. I bought a good can opener, sponges, and cleaner to leave as there were a few voids. Overall we had a very good stay and enjoyed our time.

This property is ideal! We were a party of 4 adults with two dogs. The description is dead on! No surprises! Clean, cute and comfy! Walk to the beach was so close! Host was very responsive! Ocean views amazing! We will be back!!

Through the advice of my brother Mike Walz of Crystal Beach's Walz Family Builders I seized the opportunity to sell my California condominium and built on Bolivar. I appreciate the area and the hospitality. It is like coming back to my roots. I am very pleased to be able to share my home with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Since my brother owns a home and a business in Crystal Beach I have visited many times. Each time I fell more and more in love with the area. I decided to invest my retirement money here and I can't wait to share this peaceful stress-free beach with you.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The front deck is 16' deep - 8' is covered and 8' is uncovered. Guests are able to enjoy the shade, read, sip a glass of wine or beer or tan in the sunshine. The deck which wraps around 3 sides of the house has private doors from the Master bedroom and Guest bedroom. Each has its own romantic personal space. But the most impressive thing about this home is the spectacular beach front view. The family area under the house includes an enclosed shower, bar and 2 built-in picnic tables. It is a wonderful area that will accommodate many family members and guests. Plus it offers you all the comforts of home with the additional bonus of hearing and watching the surf.
