Our - R213 Superior Residence 4B - is designed to provide everything you need to thrive on short or long stays. Conveniently located in Brussels city center with easy access to the public transport network right from your doorstep. Urban living at its best, the luxury of being yourself with all the comfort and conveniences of a first-class hotel.

Step into an exquisite comfort zone, thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind. accentuated by vintage inspired furnishings. A grandiose lengthy counter kitchen embraces a beautifully appointed day area where functionality and practicality meet. A laidback seating area with smart-TV sets the mood for entertaining and peace of mind. An extra-large multifunctional dining table, with efficient lighting completes this area.

Everyone will most certainly find a good night’s rest in one of our two bedrooms, each appointed with a King-size bed and dressed with quality linens. The bedrooms are complemented by 2,5 BATH's, one with bathtub and walk-in shower the other one with shower cabin and a toilet and one separate toilet.

OUR SUPPLEMENTS

✓HOUSEKEEPING: Depending on the length of your stay a weekly housekeeping and linen refreshment service is included and mandatory. This service is scheduled as of the seventh (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays). Additional housekeeping and linen refreshment services are available, pending a 24h notice and a 75€ supplement

✓PARKING: Pending a daily supplement and availability, R213 has a private parking at your disposal pending a 25€ daily supplement. Please note that public parking around our neighbourhood is charged by the hour using automated payment booths, except on Sundays.

✓LUGGAGE STORAGE: We will be more than happy to secure your luggage, either before check-in or after check-out. Our luggage storage is available as of 09h30am till 8:00pm, pending a 5,00€ supplement per luggage piece.

✓LATE CHECK-OUT : Our default check-out time is 11:00 A.M. Late check-out till 12 noon, is free of charge pending availability and subject to a 24 hours’ notice. Late check-out as of 12 noon to 3 p.m. are subject to availability and a 60 € supplement. For a departure after 3:00 p.m., we advise you to book an additional night subject to availability.

✓BABY CRIBS: Infants from 0 to 4 years old are welcome free of charge, sharing existing bed configuration. Baby-cribs are available pending availability and a 12€ daily charge.

Excellent location, wonderful apartment
You can go wrong with this apartment, it is located close by the botanical garden and right across the street of the rail station. The apartment is huge and comfortable, it can easily accommodate your family with teenagers. I would stay there again.

Weekend stay
This property was very spacious and very convenient to the Grand Place and metro. The beds were big and we all had great nights sleep. Would highly recommend!

Convenient location
The property was located in a fairly central location at an approx. 20 minute walk from Grand-Place. There were restaurants on the street behind the property and the tram service right in front. The beds were extremely comfortable with fresh linens and good pillows. The bathroom linens were in new condition and were ample for 4 adults. We did report an issue with both the kitchen sink and dishwashers not draining on both days 2 and 3 of our stay. Although the guest coordinator said that maintenance would look at the issue, this did not occur during our stay.
