HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE: According to your reservation, a weekly housekeeping service is included. This service is scheduled as of the seventh (except on Sunday’s, and Public Holidays). If you so desire additional housekeeping services are available, pending a 24h notice and a 125€ charge per service.

LINEN REFRESHMENT SERVICE: Your apartment has been fitted with bed linens and a full set of bath linens in accordance with the number of persons booked. Notwithstanding that R213 does it utmost to foster a culture of sustainability, additional linen refreshment services are available.

PARKING: R213 has a private parking at your disposal pending a 25€ daily supplement. Please note that public parking around our neighbourhood is charged by the hour using automated payment booths, except on Sundays.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: We will be more than happy to secure your luggage, either before check-in or after check-out. Our luggage storage is available as of 09h30am till 17h30, pending a 5€ supplement per piece of luggage.

LATE CHECK-OUT: By default, our check-out time is until 11h00. A late check-out till 12 noon, is free of charge pending availability and subject to a 24 hours’ notice. Late check-out as of 12 noon to 15h00 are subject to availability and a 60€ supplement. For a departure after 15h00, we advise you to book an additional night subject to availability.

BABY CRIBS: Baby-cribs including a full set of linens is available pending a 12€ daily charge.

The host was very good with all the explanations for a self check in.The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, clean and with in walking distance of the main attractions in the centre if walking is your thing, otherwise the light rail is just outside the apartment to take you closer to everything that you need to see. Happy to recommend the accommodation to other guests.

Great stay!

We were very happy to stay here! The apartment is even larger than we thought, very clean, and the host was very communicative in making sure we were ok and with instructions on how to get there. We actually wished we were staying there longer because it was so nice and comfortable. We felt like VIPs. Would definitely come back to stay again!

Great Apartment in Fantastic Location

We had a great time at this apartment. It had everything you would need and is in a great location. We were only minutes from the main tourist area.

Elegant and roomy apartment in a great location

We enjoyed our stay very much in this elegant and roomy apartment! It had every amenity and was located close to museums and shops in a safe neighborhood. Public bikes and scooters are right out the front door, too. We rode scooters to the Magritte Museum and historic sites.

Weekend Break in Brussels

The property was lovely, spacious, well decorated and comfortable and had everything we needed for a fab weekend away. Tram and metro stops were close by, as were shops. Guest co-ordinator was friendly and very helpful. Fab all round - would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and spacious apartment

The apartment was amazingly comfortable. There is a completely full, well-stocked kitchen. The hosts were incredibly responsive and friendly. The touristy areas were easily accessible by tram and train. It was a fabulous home away from home.

Amazing location and fantastic Apt

Everything about our stay in Brussels at our VRBO was amazing. Location, location, location!!! Beautiful Spacious apt. Every convenience you can imagine. Bedding luxurious, kitchen has everything you need for a long or short stay. owners put together book that explains everything you need to know about apt and the neighborhood. Loved staying here.

the stay was good. the property was as advertised. i would not call it glamorous, the couch was very dirty and stained, needed a good cleaning. we tried to get a burned out light changed while we were there and nothing happened. Also tried to get a rapidly blinking light in the laundr area fixed, didn't happeb

Very spacious apartment in convenient location

The apartment is wonderfully spacious, light, attractive interior design, and very well equipped. It is ideal for relaxing at the end of a busy day's sightseeing. Located near to the Metro and two tram lines makes it a good base to explore the city from, and it's only 10 minutes' walk to the centre. Arrangements for access on arrival were very smooth, and the apartment feels extremely secure within a managed building. Only downside are the nearby trams which are noisy when the windows are open, and vibrations can be felt through the apartment.

Didn't receive check in instructions prior to our arrival. There were standard check in instructions advising that if you arrive early you can leave your luggage, however no details were provided. Contacted Expedia and they couldn't get hold of the host prior, 3 different agents tried in addition to the messages I sent on the Expedia platform. We went to the address provided and encountered the cleaner who put us in touch with the host. To when we found out you can leave your luggage at The Liman hotel on the same street which is also operated by them. Once we got hold of the host, things went a lot smoother and he was hospitable. It was stressful prior. The accommodation itself is a good standard, however the sofa could do with a professional clean as there's a lot of marks on it and only has 1 cushion on it. There are also large cracks on the tv stand and some wear on the furniture. There is not 2 separate bathrooms as it appeared in the images. There is 1 bathroom with a shower, bath and double sink, then there is a separate toilet. It is a good location as the tram stop is literally outside the front door of the apartment building. You're not in the city centre but it's easily accessible with the tram. You just use your contactless payment when you board. Overall the place is a good enough standard for the price we paid with having 2 separate bedrooms and a small balcony off the master bedroom.

All of our apartments are located in a multi-unit secured building, set on Brussel’s emblematic Rue Royale, literally a 15 minutes’ walk from our historic city-centre. What’s more, you’ll be able to hop on our city’s tramway network right at your doorstep.

Like many multicultural inner-city areas, our own neighbourhood is in full revitalisation mode, the scenery is diversified, Our immediate neighbours include several hotels, including our very own 4-Star property, and numerous heritage buildings with some of them being revamped to their reminiscent glory. At first view it may take a moment to habituate to, but a fantastic inner city transport access, a vibrant atmosphere right from Chaussee de Haecht, just around the corner from us, with a great food scene, ethnic shops, and a warm and friendly community largely makes up for this.

On one side and just a stone throws away you’ll find the « Botanique », one of our capital’s primary cultural centres, whilst at the end of our street you’ll find the iconic Royal Sainte Marie Church. Rue Royale is an important cultural artery in Brussels, with the “Botanique” being a venue for countless attractions such as concerts, gatherings, exhibitions, and festivals. Not to mention the park that surrounds it, a real green lung in our city. Sprinkled across the Rue Royale you’ll find loads of small businesses shops and eateries some of which housed in impressive Art Deco buildings.
