Amazing New Luxury 2 Bdrm Townhome Pool South Charlotte in heart of Ballantyne

You’ll love this hidden gem located in highly desirable South Charlotte in Ballantyne. Beautifully decorated with a professional touch. Relax sipping on your favorite beverage while sitting pool side in comfortable outdoor seating. The pool is in the center of the community a short stroll away. The pool schedule is typically May 1 until September 31st. Operating hours are 9:00am - Sunset every day.

Enjoy the open areas where the kitchen and living area are located. The living area seats approximately 6 with 2 additional seats located at the kitchen island. The townhome has two bedrooms located on opposite sides of the living area that sleeps 2 people in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, spacious walk-in closet, an in-suite full bath with his and hers sinks, separate walk-in shower and soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with vaulted high ceilings and shares a stylish full bath with the living area. Guest will enter the property downstairs from the garage or front door and climbs a flight of stairs. The living area is all on the second floor.

The home is located in the heart of Ballantyne less than 5 minutes drive to popular restaurants, shopping, country club, golf, parks and more.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable. The community pool was conveniently close by and enjoyable. The host had anything we could possibly need available.

The place was spotless and extra care was taken with providing some bottled water, toiletries and plenty of fresh towels. The property was quiet, the pool was lovely and everything worked out great for us. You can't beat the location!

Came down from Dayton, OH for an Iron Maiden concert Saturday night. I wish the weather that night was as nice as the property was. I did get to catch up with childhood friend that I have seen in years.The property was clean and in excellent condition. Everything fit us just fine. Would stay again if I'm ever in Charlotte again.

The townhome was squeaky clean, well-equipped and had a great layout for 4 adults - enough space in common and good separation between bedrooms. The location for us was ideal to easily explore Ballantyne. We had a great time!

This was an amazing stay! No complaints ! I usually has at least one recommendation for owners but not this time. Every amenity provided. Water/plenty of towels/ soap... everything even bottled water. So easy checking in literally just pulled up. Took us a minute to figure out the garage but no problem ! If you can rent here a - DO!

Stayed in this upper level townhouse for 3 nights. Since it was near 100 degrees every day, we appreciated the garage parking and community pool. The pool is a 5 min walk down the same street as the unit is on, and was clean and very quiet and sign on gate stated hours 8AM to sunset. Unit was as described and we were pleased. We didn't prepare meals but kitchen items seemed adequate. Linens and towels were good quality, and included pool towels. We would have a couple minor suggestions for replacing the living room sofa and a different type of mattress cover that is better for hot weather. Owner was very kind and responsive. Would stay again!

This property was a delightful pleasure for the entire family. It was quiet, comfortable, and closely located to shopping and restaurants. This should be a top choice for those visiting the Charlotte area for sure.

Central to the Ballantyne area and very clean. Full kitchen and plenty of space for a family of 4. The owner did a nice job keeping up updated.

4.5 stars. Host communicated well and townhome was clean :) . Plug-in air fresheners were a bit overpowering on arrival and the beds were not the most comfortable. However, I would certainly stay there again and recommend.

Great stay with nice community pool!

We had everything we needed with simple check in, check out process. The community pool is just a couple blocks away and my kids and I really enjoyed it! The morning we checked out my daughter had to go to urgent care and Terrance was very accommodating with the check out process. We will definitely book this place next time we are in Charlotte!

Pleasent place to star near Charlotte

Very fine property for a few days, no major issues to note. Plug in air "fresheners" were overwhemling at first but once we unplugged ALL three and airrd the place it it was fine. Also be sure to bring soap/shampoo ect as they provivded nothing - i had to buy the items at the store.

Beautiful condo!

Overall - Beautiful place! Not disappointed!! It was definitely dusty and didn’t look vacuumed on the rugs… not sure if they are aware that the cleaning people may not be cleaning so well. Also maybe leave 2 towels per person we were 4 girls with long hair lol. Mattresses are EXTREMELY firm so if you don’t like this bring something to lay on the bed lol. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with shopping literally down the street which was AWESOME!! Also loved having a garage!
