A beautiful country rancher with easy access to interstate-5, 7min to Clark County Fairgrounds, 12min to Ilani Casino, and 24min to PDX Airport. Near WSU campus, Tri-Mountain Golf Course, many wineries/breweries, and hospitals! Plenty of parking in the oversized driveway. Equipped with TV and Alexa. Bring the whole family to this spacious home with lots of room for fun! This three bed and two bath home includes two living rooms, a game room, large dining table with seating for eight (plus five bar stools), playground outside for the kids, and a large lot!

There are two living rooms, very open floor plan in the living areas with a step down from the kitchen and dining room! The primary oversized bedroom has a king bed and a walk in closet. One of the rooms has a queen bed, and the other room has a queen bed with a twin/full bunk bed. The game room has exterior and interior entrances which are great for BBQ's and entertaining! The game room includes a billiard table, darts, Foosball table, Ping-pong, retro arcade, and Basketball pop-a-shot game. Plus, plenty of board-games for the family to enjoy!

This house was perfect for our stay. Ev charger was a bonus as we drove a Tesla! The house was clean and cozy! My 80 year old mom loved the arcade game in the theater. We would definitely rebook our stay here again.

The home was large and looked like the pictures. There are several family friendly items inside and out of the house to play with. The backyard is big but there is no fence between the neighbor behind and the homes’ back yard. It was comfortable and had the amenities listed. There were several unorganized cabinets and you had to search for things, but we found what we needed. Our host helped us with a popped breaker issue, so communication was fast. There are a few areas with step downs in the home that are unmarked, so be aware when first entering. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the home served its purpose.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very spacious with an open floor plan that allowed our family of 6 to all be together but with enough room that we weren’t on top of each other. The back porch looks out over an open field and it was nice to sit out on the porch and watch the wildlife.

Great Family Time

We enjoyed our stay here. The size of the house was perfect for our family. The outdoor space and game room were absolutely what we needed to round out a great family vacation. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely place!

This home was the perfect place for my family. We all enjoyed a movie and popcorn in the theater room. The game room was awesome! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Excellent choice!

Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for 9 of us, the back yard was mostly private and quiet, and the A/C worked remarkably well during a very impressive heat wave. Very convenient location to I-5 made exploring Mt. St. Helens and the Portland area easy.

A nice place to stay

We stayed there while we were fishing on the Columbia River. The house was nice and met our needs. We had two trucks and boats, so parking was a little tight. It would be fine for normal vehicles.

Great for concert

Stayed two nights to see concert at nearby venue. Made it very easy. Comfortable stay in older remodeled farm house.

Family visit to the Pacific NW

This property provided activities for my young adult boys in addition to enough room for family (the long dinner table was great as well as the kitchen island) to visit as we were able to get together with my sisters who live in Ridgefield and BC. The property was stocked with enough sundry items that we only needed to buy groceries for our stay.

Memorable

This was the perfect vacation home for our family, we loved the kitchen, eating and enjoying the big open space, the kids loved the backyard and game room, well the adults liked it too lol. Location was perfect we explored rivers and lakes and parks!!! Nature was overwhelming beauty and it was everywhere!! We were disappointed with our stay overall. While preparing to BBQ, we found the propane tank for the BBQ was empty. We immediately reached out to the host to ask whether there was a spare tank on site, but did not receive a response for more than three hours. By the time the host replied, we had already left the property, had the tank refilled at our own expense, cleaned the BBQ, and prepared our dinner. When the host finally responded, we were told we could use the George Foreman grill instead because it was electric. Unfortunately, that response came too late to be helpful, as we had already addressed the issue ourselves. I also informed the host that we had refilled the propane tank, but received no response. The BBQ itself was not in ready-to-use condition. The drip/grease tray underneath was dirty and contained a significant amount of debris that should have been cleaned before our arrival. The property was also lacking basic household supplies. There was no dish soap available, requiring us to purchase our own cleaning supplies during our stay. Safety and accessibility were concerns as well. Portions of the flooring were uneven and presented a tripping hazard, particularly for my mother-in-law. The high steps leading to the porch and additional steps between rooms made navigating the property challenging for her. While the property had potential, the maintenance, communication and accessibility issues negatively impacted our stay.

To provide some additional context for future guests: Regarding the BBQ, our guest manual and rental agreement both explain that propane levels can vary depending on the previous guest’s usage and refills is not an amenity we include. Also note that an electric George Foreman grill is provided, located by the backyard sliding door. The dish soap is available at the kitchen sink, and dishwasher detergent pods are stocked under the sink. As for the home itself, it is a beautifully remodeled1950s home that underwent a complete renovation in 2026. The listing includes detailed photos of the layout, all entry steps, and transitions between rooms. These features are also described in the listing, rental agreement, and guest information so guests can determine whether the home is the right fit for their group’s mobility needs before booking. We value all feedback and continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience while also ensuring current and future guests have clear expectations about the home’s features and amenities. Beautiful home, perfect location!

Yana was quick to get back to me with any questions. House was clean and just as expected from the listing. Nice open concept allowed for us to have family over for dinner and not feel cramped, as there was plenty of room to spread out. Play structure was a life saver with my 2 year old and my teen nephews loved the game room. When we are back up this way, we hope to be able to stay again!

My little group has stayed here three times now and plan to do so again. The location is conveniently close the the fairgrounds, which is a big plus. It is also roomy enough for a bunch of single dudes to relax and rest. Recent upgrades, including a pool table, are a nice plus as well! The host is very responsive as well. I haven’t had any issues that needed attention, but I can say that checkin information was prompt and followed up on, and that a couple questions that I’ve had were answered quickly!

Great for family!

House was great with a huge variety of activities and games. Traveled with my elderly parents, 12 year old son, and dog. Did not realize the backyard of the property was shared by other homes and was not fully fenced in, so unfortunately we couldn’t let our dog out to play safely. Other than that, had a wonderful time!
