The property was clean, accessible, and the right size for our group. We appreciated a pet-friendly property that was also very well cared for...no evidence of previous pet stays. Our small dog had a great time! The owners have put a lot of thought and care into the furnishings. The only issue we had with our stay had nothing to do with the property itself. It was the Fourth of July and very loud fireworks continued until quite late in the neighborhood...but this was to be expected!

The house was perfect for our needs, really clean, plenty of space, a fenced yard, and comfortable beds! Full kitchen, washer dryer, and even fusball in the garage! We walked our pooch around the quiet neighborhood and were able to get to the events in Ridgefield easily. Grocery store is nearby too, with lots of gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options if that's helpful to you.

This house was very nice and the host was nice and responded promptly. Very clean. Bedrooms very comfortable. Wonderful kitchen. Nice washer/dryer made it easy for us to wash clothes. Only slight drawbacks (but wouldn't keep me from renting again) - furniture in living room wasn't super comfortable with a smaller recliner and leather type of day bed. Comfortable couch would have been nicer. Also no extra blankets anywhere .. especially in the living room area would be nice as it tends to get cool on the main floor to keep the bedrooms upstairs cooled. Patio was very nice but we think there was an odor coming from the neighbors yard - possibly dog poop.

Rooms and decor was so cute! Host was SUPER responsive and accommodating. Very clean. And plenty of room for our whole band. Parking was a slight issue, but that was mostly becuz we all had to bring our own vehicle. Definitely hope to use the same place again for our next gig. Thanks a million!
I totally got the hello kitty room all to myself. Very comfy bed!

It would have been helpful to know more of the layout from the listing. We had a handicap individual with us and I guess assumed that atleast one bedroom was on the ground floor. All the bedrooms were located upstairs, made things difficult for our handicap family member. Also the furniture was extremely low to the ground and cheap ikea type furniture, it wasn't very comfortable. There were no instructions for getting into the rental and there was no departure check lists, so didn't know if we were handling everything that needed to be done before leaving. It wasn't too kid friendly. What we got for the price made it worth it, It was a pretty good rate and gave us what we needed for the stay.
