I highly recommend renting this place. Extremely close to the beach walking distance to all the restaurants very clean. The owners communicated very well. I had no problems. My family loved it and we can’t wait to come back.

We had an amazing stay! The townhouse was clean and spacious. It was a great place for 2 adults and 2 teens. The kids loved that they could walk to the beach, shops, restaurants in 1 minute and felt safe doing it! The adults loved that we didn't have to drive around and find parking! Beautiful little beach town if you're looking for a relaxing vacation with fun options for the whole family. We hope to be back again next year -Thanks for a great stay!

The house was perfect for my family’s week-long stay. Once we parked our car, we didn’t need to use it again until it was time to leave. Everything was within walking distance, which made our vacation so convenient and enjoyable.Tiffany was an amazing host and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her communication and hospitality were greatly appreciated.The biggest sign of how much we loved our stay came when it was time to leave—my son cried and asked if we could come back and stay there again next year. We made wonderful memories and would absolutely recommend this property to others.

Great location for a beach vacation!

The townhouse was clean, comfortable and just as described with plenty of space for our family of 4. The location was great! Easy, short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, zoo and park. Great hosts!

Great stay

Our family was very happy in the Townhouse. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare food. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops and just around the corner from the beach. We would stay here again!

Great location

Comfortable place with a wonderful location! It was very a very short walk to Short Sands and shops and restaurants. The townhouse was well stocked with kitchen and beach necessities. We enjoyed our time.

Location was great!

The location of this property was great. We were in walking distance to all the hot spots in York. The place was squeaky clean and was big enough for our party of five. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Great family vacation

We were very happy with our stay here. The location is amazing! It is a quick walk tothe beach and even though we were so close to the beach and all the shops, arcade, restaurants, etc it was so quiet. Tiffany and Jimmy were amazing to work with. They are very easy to communicate with and were quick to respond whenever we reached out to them. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again!

Really great place!!

Nothing to complain about with this rental! Great spot close to short sands. Very clean space and well laid out. Jimmy and Tiffany were also very responsive and also reached out to make sure there were no issues.

Fantastic!

This was our best trip to York yet! The house was perfect- the location is ideal and the house was very comfortable and clean. Tiffany and Jimmy were super hosts and check-in/check-out process was easy and convenient. We will definitely be returning to this house.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the decor of the property. Many things were furnished that aren't usually>the location was perfect - within walking distance to everything for all ages but the it stills very quiet
