from the time we landed in Dominican republic and giving the taxi drivers the address to getting to front gate and actually finding the property was the most stressful issue the owner and the person that was supposed to receive us was not available by phone, then the water pressure issue 3 days before our stay was going to end they emailed us about the water pressure the switch was connected to an outlet in the laundry area .also i was given a text to let someone in to pick up there laundry that they forgot in the unit .on whole i would not stay there again. Also with the address to fill out the Dominican Republic arrive into the country took awhile they need to give you much better detail about where exactly where the place is located.

The property looks just like the pictures. Very clean and spacious. The property manager Valentina was very nice and helpful, she even reached out to make sure things were going well during our stay. I loved the balcony. The only take aways I have is likely something the host has no control of is, the water pressure is low compared to the US, and the water seemed to turn off at a certain time at night for a few hours, the roads weren't great, but it looked like they were trying to patch it up some during our stay. I have never written a review, I have never been to the Dominican Republic either, so I give this place a thumbs up. The WiFi is strong. The only thing I'd like is a TV in the living room, I discussed this with Valentina and she said they were working on it. So overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Asked to pay for electricity wasn’t on listing Tv is in bedroom with only roku Listing says cable and satellite Road to apartment is terrible hot water tank you turn on with switch with no thermostat possible scalding and doesn’t shut off The lady Valenins that is the contact for the owner was the only good thing Problems with shower and power twice Will not stay again You should not have to pay for power on vacation Will not stay again
