Buck Mountain Retreat - You'll love the mountain and pastoral views and 3 minutes to downtown West Jefferson.
This spacious home offers large living room with wall mounted flatscreen TV with Roku for streaming & lots of seating.
Kitchen is well equipped. Dining room comfortably seats 8.
Main level bedroom suite with queen bed & bathroom with tub/shower. Also on the main level, a 1/2 bath, laundry room and access to the 2 car garage.
Upstairs offers a 2nd large bedroom with King bed & TV with Roku for streaming, a 3rd bedroom offers a twin bed and a trundle bed and the 4th bedroom offers two full beds. This level includes a full bath with tub/shower.
Large covered front porch to enjoy the mountains with relaxing rocking chairs. Enjoy the back, covered deck for beautiful scenic views.
Sleeps 10 max, including children. No Pets (no exceptions).

Beautiful views and outdoor space!

Gorgeous house - a bit like stepping back into my childhood! Views are amazing and proximity to all things was also great. House is spacious and kitchen extremely well stocked.

Beautiful view, with space from neighbors

4 guys staying at this large house for a training in town. Spacious, great view, huge porch and deck, well stocked. Range was a little ancient but the rest made up for it.

Home Away in the Mountains

This home is perfect for rest and comfort. It feels like you're visiting with family in their lovely mountain home that they have put a lot of love into. It was a wonderful week so near West Jefferson, yet felt remote.

Perfect!

Very clean and a true at home feel! We had the best time and slept amazing in these comfortable beds! We loved being surrounded by Christmas trees and deer while being so close to the best small town around!

Lovely rental

Excellent location, lovely mtn view, peaceful and quiet. nice yard and great porch. The only negatives were the small bathrooms, and no disposal in kitchen. Wish that we had had time to spend longer. Certainly, would recommend.

Property management taking advantage

Everything was great until we checked out and property management decided they were going to charge us extra because we left garbage. Listen to how ridiculous that sounds we pay the cleaning fee. We stay there for nearly 2 weeks and we’re expected to take our garbage with us instead of leaving it in the cans in the garage. I’ve stayed at lots of places and I’ve never had this before. It’s a shame because the house is so wonderful and I’m sure the homeowners are great also but this property management or cleaning crew is taking advantage. That’s why the bad rating.

Great place to stay

This is a very nice place to stay, not too far from shopping and restaurants. The house was clean and well appointed, it had everything that we needed. The only critique I have is that they can provide better snow removal tools, we got stuck with over a foot of snow and all we had to clear it over the long downhill driveway was a small shovel. Took us over three hours to clear it all, please include a snow pusher or two.
