Property was everything we expected. Clean, comfortable, convenient to beach and restaurants. Nice pool. Parking was better than expected, almost like a reserved parking spot that backed right up to the sliding glass doors. Beach was super close and easy.

We love Gulfview have stayed there several times only downfall was the construction that was going on but wasn’t a huge inconvenience. Paul was great had everything we needed, we even left a few chairs for the next guest to enjoy.

The property was very stocked which was very convenient. I would recommend looking at what is needed before heading to the store because they probably have it already:-) check in was easy, very close to the beach which was not crowded at all since it is private and pictures can not even do the water any justice. Would definitely rent this unit again

We loved the location and access to the beach. The owner is very nice and is very accommodating. I highly recommend this Condo and we will definitely book a stay here again.

Nice stay on the beach

We had a great time staying here and being able to walk out to the beach. Location was perfect with restaurants nearby.

Everything we needed for the week. Super clean. Lots of towels, chairs and sand toys. Hot tub and pool were perfectly warm. Conveniently located across the street from private beach access. Beach was very clean. Nice and quiet area in February. Definitely want to come back!
