This was a very great place to stay. It’s very clean, beds are very comfortable. Everything you need for meals is there for you. A bunch of different movies available to end your day. The beach is right there and not overly crowded. Charlie is a great host! He kept us up to date with everything, any questions he responded quickly. I’d highly recommend this condo. Great vacation!!

We appreciate your review.Our housekeeper does an amazing job cleaning the condo.The complimentary beach service is a big hit with our guests. It’s very convenient to not have to pack them and carry them down to the beach. Come visit us on the beautiful Emerald Coast and sugar white beach.Our heated pool and hot tub are a plus.Charcoal grills onsite to cook the perfect meal.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this condo—truly a 5-star experience from start to finish. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described (if not better). The layout was perfect for our family, with plenty of room to relax, and the decor gave it a comfortable, upscale feel.It was especially perfect for kids. Between the easy beach access and the pool, there was always something fun to do.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making meals simple, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept great. The location was ideal—close to everything, yet still peaceful and relaxing.Communication with the host was seamless. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located getaway. 10/10 experience!

If you want a vacation to remember this is the place.It’s just 100 steps away from the turquoise water and white sand of the Gulf of Mexico.Free beach service set up daily by our beach attendant.After a relaxing day at the beach we have a full kitchen to make a family meal.There are 3 BBQ grills onsite also.Not too mention 3 seafood restaurants in walking distance.We have a heated pool and hot tub.Pool restroom for convenience too.Plenty of attractions and restaurants to make family memories together.Come on down for an affordable family vacation.The kids will love the bunk beds.See you soon!

Loved this place

I had previously stayed at this property but Charlie gave it a personal touch with making sure we got there ok and kept in touch letting me know things that were going on. Definitely will want to stay here again!

Great Stay!

Perfect place for a family to stay

Everything about this place was great. It was perfect for a family. The location was just a short walk from the beach, the pools were clean and property well kept, room was clean, and we could see the beach from our balcony. We enjoyed our stay overall and would defiantly come back.

The condo was very clean and convenient to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay in Destin. We enjoyed the restaurants that were within walking distance of the condo. The whole process with the condo was easy and enjoyable. Would rent the same condo again.

This property is located one minute walking distance from the ocean, and very close to the stores a.

Great place. It is very clean and you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.Beds are very comfortable and kitchen is fully supplied with all you need and a little extra. Owners are very nice people who accommodated us with all we needed. We defiantly will be back to enjoy the pools, ocean view and the jacuzzi.

Excellent location across the street from the beach!

We enjoyed the convenience of having the beach chairs and umbrella available and how easy it was to walk to the beautiful beach! The décor in the condo is lovely and worked well for our family of 4. Charles and Becky were great to work with.

This is a great location to bring your family and not overcrowded either.We provide all the essentials and plenty of extra too. Two pools on property and a hot tub makes for a relaxing vacation.The beautiful Gulf of Mexico is less than 50 yards away.A walking/bicycle path parallels the ocean and there are several restaurants in walking distance.Bring your family and make precious memories together.
