Pool was okay, couldn't really get a spot in the sun because the other property owners / guests put their towels on their chairs at 7 am but didn't show up until 9 am. Could be a tip for your guests so they can enjoy it. Yes easily found shops.

January through March is peak season in Palm Beach, and like any hotel or resort during this time, lounge chairs are in high demand. Since you stayed only one night and check-out is at 11 a.m., I am not sure how much time you expected to spend at the pool. Also, all amenities and details about the property are clearly listed on my site, so I’m not sure why that category was rated inaccurately.

Unit was clean, organized and well lit. Nice albeit aged common areas (pool, lobby, open air sitting areas, etc) that were easily accessible. Host was highly responsive to questions and helpful. Bed new but quite soft (fyi for people used to firm mattresses). Friendly front desk staff.

Great stay overall. You really cannot beat the location. The host did a great job providing beach accessories, which made things very convenient for us.The space itself is small, but that was not an issue since we spent most of our time at the beach and exploring the area. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived. The only small issue was that there was sand in the beach chairs from a previous guest, and it spilled out when we pulled them out. Aside from that, everything was in great shape. We would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!

We are in the very best location in all of Palm Beach. Guests love being here for less than the 5 star hotels within a block at over $1,000 a night with no kitchens. Most guests love this newly renovated suite. If you enjoyed, why the 4 star?
