The hurricane window installation for condo and the surrounding pool area has been completed. There IS paperwork construction that was also mandatory in the hall ways and certain condos that we were notified started May 2025 and will not be completed until Dec 2025 noise may be heard between 9a and 4p M-F. In addition, the front of building repair work is being completed. This work is completely enclosed and on the complete opposite side of the building. The condo was clean, well stocked and perfect for me and my husband. The host was very accommodating and friendly. The staff at the condo was also very helpful and friendly! I would highly recommend this property!

This was a great step into Palm Beach history. The Hotel suite (condo) was clean and comfortable. The location is close to all things Palm Beach, including a Publix grocery across the street. At the corner (East) is a pharmacy/diner with very good breakfast selections. The Breaker's is only 1/2 mile south, Worth Ave (1 mile south) has a Rodeo Drive style shopping style. Lots of great restaurants and bars.

Wonderful stay. Perfect location, just 2 blocks from the beach, and near great restaurants. Host was really responsive from the time we booked, till the time we left. Unit was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Would definitely stay there again

This was a great VRBO. The apartment was clean and updated and so conveniently located to all that Palm Beach offers. Kerry and Scott have thought of everything and have some very nice touches to make you feel comfortable! Kerry was also great to work with - I highly recommend this property.

The host was most welcoming and provided us with all of the pertinent information we needed to enjoy our stay. The amenities were abundant and in good working order. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the building couldn't be better. You are literally steps to the best restaurants and easy walking distance to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend this host!

Host was very responsive. Fantastic location. Loved the beautiful and uncrowded beach a short walk from the condo. Pool at the condo is also nice and quiet. Great coffee , shops and restaurants within walking distance. Try Greens pharmacy for lunch. So good. Comfortable condo- compact - but perfect for two people and has everything you need! Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about this sweet spot. Walking distance to everything. Beach, shopping, Breakers and restaurants. The staff at the hotel was so kind and helpful and it was so clean and smelled so fancy. The valet was only 15.00 a day and so totally worth it if you don’t want to self park. They brought us our car as many times as we needed during the day. The apartment was small, but so thoughtfully organized with everything you need. We never felt cramped at all. There wasn’t anything we lacked and I was surprised for things that provided for us to use that were extra nice to have. The bed and pillows were so extra comfy. The large pool area and huge patio over looking Sunrise Ave felt like old Palm Beach. We hung out there a lot in the evenings during our stay. Kerry was so communicative and available. I don’t have one negative thing to say about the stay. We loved our stay and Tropical Blue. Can’t wait to come back!! We will definitely book again.

Perfect location for exploring Palm Beach. Easy walk to Breakers and Flagler Museum. Unit is very clean and has all the amenities needed for enjoying the beach (2 blocks away). Valet parking was easy. It was one of our favorite stays.

Wonderful condo!

This newly renovated condo is beautiful,abet small. Nice couch, king bed, and two huge TV’s. And the bathroom shower is really great! We will stay here again!
