Great space for families!

Loved the property and location. We were in town for volleyball nationals. So the whole team stayed on property. Communication was awesome. I had a couple questions when we first arrived and was answered quickly. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Only thing I would change would be the shower heads. Would definitely stay here agsin.

Very nice welcoming

This is a great house in a neat gated community. The house is very clean with a super well equipped kitchen. Everything is as described and we were welcome with a very nice setting on the table and kitchen bar. Owner was very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great place to stay

Great location - short drive to parks and convention center. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Amazing access to water park with so much to do! Could stay here and visit the water park as vacation alone. Our kids age 6-13 and couldn’t get enough of the water park. Access to grill is additional fee which wasn’t clear in description but not a big deal. Hot tub is not on property, also minor. House is clean and access to laundry and towels was very convenient. Owners were responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend and return.

Terrible

The place was not cleaned properly it smelled like cigarettes and marijuna. Bathroom dirty contacted host day of check in never got a response. Mother got sick has to go to hospital stil no response from host So unfortunately has to stay there husband cut toe on very sharp end table in 2 floor bedroom. Then has the nerve to have a cleaning lady at the door at 9:45am

Beautiful area, location great and the home was clean.

The home and facilities in the area were great. There were lots for us to do and see. Just the walk to the club house was beautiful. Location was great in the sense that we were close to a lot of activities including Disney. I found a 4 o’clock check-in was a little late and when we got there, the cleaners were still cleaning so we didn’t get in until 4:30 PM. We had lots of room for the six of us. The kitchen was well stocked. Although we had enough towels, there were no face cloths or hand towels, there wasn’t a bathmat so you had to step out onto the floor. I believe this place can hold up to 10 people. The living area would be a little tight for 10. There is only one couch which holes three adults, but there is lots of kitchen, chairs and stools. It stated that it was wheelchair accessible. I am in a wheelchair and yes you can get in with Help as there was three single steps up into the place and there was a bedroom on the main floor. There also was a bathroom on the main floor, but in a wheelchair you could not really get in. It had no bars to hold onto. You couldn’t get underneath the sink there was a normal stand up shower. the kitchen table is high, so there wasn’t even an area for me to sit and eat properly. I would not say that this is wheelchair accessible home I would recommend changing the ad to state that there’s a main floor bedroom and bathroom.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Having a pool outside plus a club house with another pool and splash pad was a bonus!

Excellent Hosts!

Property was as pictured. Plenty of room for us. Very clean. Initially door code didn’t work, but the host responded within 1-2 minutes and it was sorted out quickly. Communication from hosts overall was excellent.
