🦋Private Studio Near the Sphere & Shared Pool by Prior Arrangement.

The Cozy Private Room is private modern styled, with full cozy small bathroom for a comfortable stay, It is perfect for two guest (for an additional fee extra guest $15 per night). It has two full bed, Smart TV, reclining sofa perfect for resting and a mini kitchen ( microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven ) where you can prepare your meals and save money by not eating out, Laundry facilities are not available.
Note: If you need to do laundry during your stay, please let me know in advance An additional fee is charged for using the washer and dryer.
Note: The studio is attached to the main house, it does not have any access to the house, both are independent. Studio Near the Sphere & Shared Pool Access by Prior Arrangement The pool may not be available on certain days due to maintenance, private Swimply reservation or family gatherings.
The pool can only be used by registered guests is located next to my house, just let me know if you want to use it so I can leave the back doors open for you.
My studio is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a restful and pleasant place , the access to the studio is totally independent for your privacy.
Located a 10 min to the Strip and all Casinos
• 5 minutes walking from the Boulevard Mall, Victoria Secret, Ross, 10 or 15 min by car to Sphere, Stratosphere, Convention Center ,Casinos, Strip, Freemont.
• Nearby to Restaurants, and entertainment.

PARKING Street parking is available. If you have a car, we kindly ask that you park in front of the house.

*Check in Check out Rules: If you want early check in or late check out we have an extra fee for $10 for hour.
*Absolutely NOT UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED at any time, please adhere to the maximum occupancy of this property (2 guests)
*ADDITIONAL FEES WILL APPLY IF WE NOTICE THAT MORE GUESTS THAN WHAT THE RESERVATION WAS MADE FOR ARE STAYING IN THE STUDIO.
*ANY GUESTS BEYOND THE NUMBER LISTED ON YOUR ITINERARY/RESERVATION WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY OF $50 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR STAY WITHOUT REFUND IF YOU EXCEED THE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF (2 GUESTS).
