The Studio is a private modern styled, with full cozy small bathroom for a comfortable stay, It is perfect for two guests but can accommodate up to four people (for an additional fee). It has two full bed, Smart TV, reclining sofa perfect for resting and a mini kitchen ( microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven ) where you can prepare your meals and save money by not eating out,
Note: The studio is attached to the main house, it does not have any access to the house, both are independent.
The pool can only be used by registered guests. The pool is located next to my house, just let me know if you want to use it so I can leave the back doors open for you.
My studio is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a restful and pleasant stay, the access to the studio is totally independent for your privacy.

Located a 10 min to the Strip and all Casinos
• 5 minutes walking from the Boulevard Mall, Victoria Secret, Ross, Old Navy, Marshall, Galaxy Cinema, 10 min by car to Sphere, Stratosphere, Convention Center ,Casinos, Strip, Freemont.
• Nearby to Restaurants, and entertainment.

GREAT STAY WITH EXCELLENT LOCATION

This was a perfect place for my daughter and I. It was clean and cozy and close to everything. Communication with property owner was easy and accessible at all times.

Very comfortable stay

Stayed here with my husband and two boys. We had a great time! The studio was so comfortable and conveniently located. Super comfy beds and spacious. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you Claudia for your hospitality.

Great price, close to the strip and in a quiet neighborhood

The property had great parking with excellent access to the front door, spacious enough for up to 4 people as listed. 2 Queen beds and a small kitchenette with a tv and decent sized bathroom/shower. Washer and dryer inside room.as well with an ac unit that works great keeping the room cool. Window by front door we wld have loved blinds as that brought in a lot of light in tha am and afternoon. The property was fairly clean and has a working fridge, microwave, sink and oven. Bar stool at thw small bar height table were flimsy and only supported my young son not made to support adult over 150 lbs. Overall great stay and had no issues or complaints.

LV Spontaneous Mini Reunion.

Claudia was an amazing host who quickly gave a rundown of everything about the property and location. Easy and detailed instructions that myself may have missed and feel extremely terrible about. As I usually read everything, but it was so thorough I assumed very professional service similar to a hotel. If welcomed back, I would place this at the top of my own personal list of places to stay when I come.

Great place!

We have started at multiple vacation rentals and this one had the best mattresses. With that out of the way, the place was nice and in a quiet neighborhood close to the strip as advertised. Leaving the neighborhood it becomes a little sketchy but not so bad we didn't walk to get breakfast. The room is a studio and didn't have many extras but if you are like us you weren't there for the room. We had a good time and this room was very affordable and just what we needed. Thanks to our host!

This little apartment has everything you need. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Our host had everything ready for our arrival. Claudia was very helpful and accommodating. We put the kitchen to good use. While its small, it. was adequate for our needs. At first arrival the neighborhood looked a little questionable but we had no problems and felt safe. I would have liked a toaster but the oven broiler worked. The shower does not have a lot of pressure but perhaps thats common in an area where water conservation is important. We felt this was a hidden gem and would gladly recommend.

The room had everything you need in a room for sleeping and basic living needs. Great to have a washer and dryer available. No outdoor space, but you got Vegas and everything else to enjoy. On thing to note for transportation: if you don’t have a rental care it is about a .25 mile walk to Maryland bus to and from the airport. To get to the strip it is a 1.5 mile walk to the monorail.

Quick Weekend in Vegas

My 2 kiddos and I spent the weekend in Vegas to catch a concert and see the sights. The studio was perfect, we were able to get good nights sleep and having the kitchen was great with 2 picky kiddos. Neighbors were friendly, parking and accessibility was easy. For sure keeping this on my list for places to stay off the hustle and bustle of the main strip.

Great place to stay!

We didn’t want to stay in a hotel and found this place to be perfect for our short time in Vegas: very comfortable beds, quiet street, close to the places we wanted to see without being in a busy area. In fact, we’re staying there again in less than two weeks!

This is DEFINITELY a place to stay at. The owner, Claudia, was very communicative and pleasant to work with. This will DEFINITELY be my go-to place when I stay in Vegas. I absolutely loved how clean and cozy the studio was. Mind you there aren’t a lot of drawers for clothes, but I didn’t mind since I generally don’t use the ones in hotels, either, if I am only staying a weekend. All-in-all, you cannot go wrong staying here. ♥️

Long weekend getaway

Met our needs for a 3 night stay to visit friends. Super close to the strip but in a very quiet older neighborhood. Host communication was good. The property was as shown and described! Great location for the price. Beats the crowded hotels and driving in and out of a hotel property as the traffic is heavy!
