🦋Private Studio Near the Sphere & Shared Pool by Prior Arrangement.
The Cozy Private Room is private modern styled, with full cozy small bathroom for a comfortable stay, It is perfect for two guest (for an additional fee extra guest $15 per night). It has two full bed, Smart TV, reclining sofa perfect for resting and a mini kitchen ( microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven ) where you can prepare your meals and save money by not eating out, Laundry facilities are not available.
Note: If you need to do laundry during your stay, please let me know in advance An additional fee is charged for using the washer and dryer.
Note: The studio is attached to the main house, it does not have any access to the house, both are independent. Studio Near the Sphere & Shared Pool Access by Prior Arrangement The pool may not be available on certain days due to maintenance, private Swimply reservation or family gatherings.
The pool can only be used by registered guests is located next to my house, just let me know if you want to use it so I can leave the back doors open for you.
My studio is very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a restful and pleasant place , the access to the studio is totally independent for your privacy.
Located a 10 min to the Strip and all Casinos
• 5 minutes walking from the Boulevard Mall, Victoria Secret, Ross, 10 or 15 min by car to Sphere, Stratosphere, Convention Center ,Casinos, Strip, Freemont.
• Nearby to Restaurants, and entertainment.

Excellent value 15min from the strip (12bucks average per trip via Lyft/Uber as of 15th of July)Working shower/kitchen accessories large refrigerator. AC works all in all a pleasant stay host is kind!

This property is cute, comfortable, and quiet. Two of us had a great time, used the pool most every day, and came and went easily. The owner Claudia is quick to respond if necessary. 5 comfortable nights. Thanks!

Convention center is very close.

Host was very nice. Comfortable place to spend a few days. It was quiet… I didn’t even hear vehicles leave that were parked out front

Wonderful stay
This vrbo was exactly what we needed for our stay in Las Vegas. Cozy but roomy, not loud like the Strip, and close to the grocery and shops that we needed.

Very peaceful! Was great, easy, loved the extra kitchen cookware. Just cozy. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Great place to stay!
We didn’t want to stay in a hotel and found this place to be perfect for our short time in Vegas: very comfortable beds, quiet street, close to the places we wanted to see without being in a busy area. In fact, we’re staying there again in less than two weeks!

Beautiful studio!
This is a wonderful place! The studio is beautiful and so clean. The host is so sweet and was very welcoming. Location is great. Very close to the strip and a great mall. Would definitely stay here again

GREAT STAY WITH EXCELLENT LOCATION
This was a perfect place for my daughter and I. It was clean and cozy and close to everything. Communication with property owner was easy and accessible at all times.

Easy, clean
Very close location from the convention center. Clean, great driveway parking. Would stay there again.

Great small studio for a group, location is pretty good for being off strip you are still close enough that transit isn’t too bad.
