Our family had an absolutely incredible experience staying at this property in the Blue Mountains area of Ontario. It was wonderfully located, clean and the layout on 3 floors was perfect for our large family group of 3 generations. We all loved the hot tub and games room, and sitting around the large kitchen table and tv room. Lots to see and do in the area. The service was fast and highly responsive to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. If you have a large family group of 12 to 14 people and looking to stay in the area this is the place to be. Thanks to our host for the wonderful memories!

Friends and family getaway

The chalet was beautiful and the host was amazing with quick responses to questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this place.

We stayed here over March break with 3 adults and 6 kids. The space was more than adequate and very well suited to entertain a large group. Everything was very clean with plenty of towels and bedding for everyone. Hot tub, foozeball and table tennis were a hit with the kids. The location was great, nestled at the top of Blue Mountain and was about a 10 min drive down to the Village. Would highly recommend for a large group to entertain with close access to Blue Mountain amenities.

Convenient Location for a Weekend With Friends

This chalet is a great place to house a larger group of people. The location is convenient as it's not far from the Blue Mountain Village, "downtown" Collingwood and a number of other attractions such as the caves, breweries and vineyards.

Our group was hesitant to play golf and stay in the area for our annual golf trip but at the end of the weekend everyone commented on great it was and the Paradise Manor was a perfect place to stay. Large open Main Floor and big outside deck made it easy for the 12 of us to hangout. The late night putt off's were a blast, thanks again.

Excellent property

Perfect property for 5 couples. We had lots of space, and the property manager was so attentive. Would absolutely return to this property for another weekend in the Blue Mountains!

Perfect!!!

We loved the location. Short distance to the village and skiing but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Ofcourse the ping pong table was a huge hit!!

Wonderful property for skiing at Blue Mountain and hosing a large group

Wonderful hot tub and large table for sharing great meals together. Lots of stairs so not good for folks with mobility issues.

A wonderful stay

The location and property itself was beautiful. There was a small issue on the lock entering the facility but it quickly began working. Other than that, the amenities were all wonderful. Communication with the hosts was fluid and easy as well. We would definitely consider visiting there again if in the neighbourhood!

Ski weekend

Place was good, it slept up to 14 people which was nice. The frustrating part was they only had plates and forks for about 5 people. We had to eat our dinners in bowls with spoons. Very frustrating and makes no sense.

Family Getaway Christmas 2023

We had an enjoyable family getaway. The home is large and for the most part comfortable. The location is great. The kitchen is not as well equipped as advertised and many things in the home are older and/or in poor condition. The water dispenser and ice maker in the refrigerator do not work. Most of the mattresses are older or poor quality and therefore not very comfortable.

Hi Maria, we're happy you enjoyed your stay and thank you for your feedback! The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen supplies (salt/pepper etc. is not supplied). Unfortunately, the refrigerators water dispenser/ice-maker do not work, however there's a ice tray available for use in the freezer. We hope to have the chance to host you again!

Needs a bit of work.

Was nice to spend time with family and close to trails. Great views hiking along the Bruce Trail.However, the house lacks necessary amenities. The matresses need to be replaced the springs are sticking out of them and made for a tough nights sleep. The towels are very small so bring your own. The kitchen cabinets were in complete disarray and the dishes need to be replaced. We were provided one tiny tea towel and one cloth for the kitchen and no others anywhere. There are no oven mitts either. At first glance the place seems clean but don’t look too hard needs a professional cleaning top to bottom. The Wi-Fi is very slow so don’t plan on relaying on the internet for anything.

Would book again!

10/10 recommend! The space was exactly what we were looking for. Photos were accurate with the listing and the host was amazing at communicating and ensuring we had all the information that we needed. Only 9 minute drive to Blue Mountain Village with such a beautiful view and close proximity to local walking trail.

Great location by Blue Mountain on the Mountain

Our family and friends with kids all enjoyed the stay very much. There were a few maintenance issues we came across like the toilet flusher was broken in the upstairs main full bath and because we only stayed 3 nights we didn’t request for immediate maintenance. Lower main bath the toilet area is very small which was quite awkward. Lighting in the evening in the game room is very dim, please install better lighting. Also, for future travellers there is next to nil wifi, we found our data was very spotty too as it is located higher up on the mountain reception is very poor. Though it was great to disconnect from social media and we played a lot of board games that we brought. For families that plan on cooking full meals I suggest to bring your own chopping knives, water kettle and specialty equipment as only the basics were provided but I did expect a bit more from a place so well decorated. We brought a lot of disposable plates, cutlery and cups to try and avoid running the dishwasher that many times. Would have liked to have had more nicer plates and serving bowls for our full party of 15 people. The space is perfect for several families with children of all ages and about 9mins drive to Blue Mountain village which was convenient and Scenic Caves is along the route. Thank you for your hospitality overall we still gave this property a 5 star as it fit so many people quite well and everyone enjoyed their stay!

Ski getaway

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The property is spacious and clean. Quick drive to the ski hills, skating and snow shoe loop. The kids loved the ping pong and fuseball tables in the evening. The private hot tub was such a bonus. So much nicer than staying in the village. Will definitely book again.

As advertised.

Great property, fun amenities for kids, ping pong, foos ball. Hot tub is perfect for apres ski. Ski in/out not doable for most, long walk with skis. Some small maintenance items, many light bulbs burnt out etc could be improved. Overall would come back, nice place.
