• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request
• We know that you may want to check in early or stay late to enjoy your planned activities. PLEASE NOTE: If early check-in/late check-out becomes available, we’ll send you an email/text message with an offer to upgrade to an early check-in or late check-out.
• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $200 - $500 fine.
House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

Disappointing

The building was not kept up. The outside terrace is not at all what is pictured in the listing. The location is in a really dingy part of the city, with nothing around it, not even a coffee shop with in a ten minute walk. There wasn’t any pots or pans to be able to make even a breakfast. Only one bathroom had a small bar of soap, the other bathroom had nothing. No extra sheets or blankets for the fold out couch, had to call the listing manager. The most frustrating thing about the booking is the second party that you had to pay out. Hosteeva apparently goes through VRBO and you have to pay them separately. This was very confusing because VRBO said I was all paid in full yet I kept getting texts and emails from this other entity. For the cost I would not recommend. Not even coffee was provided. You’re better off in a hotel, and less expensive. I recommend staying in the Garden District, or as close as you can get.
