Many waterfront adventures and memories await steps from our premium oceanfront condo building. This is a rare unique 3 bedroom 3 bathroom new rental market listing in the La Perla Building in Sunny Isles Miami Florida. The unit is newly renovated with brand new beds & luxury furniture. Spectacular Beach/Ocean views and City/Intracoastal Views Permit#STR-01998

Max occupancy is 5 guests (including children). Registration application form must be completed, submitted and approved prior to arrival. Application can take up to 10 business days to approve. Expediting service available for additional charge. It is the responsibility of the Guest to ensure approval or risk losing full reservation amount. Guests directly pay a $100 fee per person (or $100 per married couple) which includes a background check. After arrival onsite, registration at the management office is a must to obtain ID cards for access to the building and to use the beach service.

About the Unit
This unit is ideal for discerning affluent guests who work remotely, snowbirds, or families with older kids seeking a premium, high-end, sleek, clean, spacious, and luxurious vacation rental. This is NOT a party rental and not ideal for those with young kids under age 5. No Smoking/Vaping, No Parties. No additional unregistered Guests. No Subleasing. No Pets. This is strictly enforced by the building management. Any violations will forfeit the reservation with no refunds. You will have full access to the entire condo unit plus all building amenities. We hope you enjoy the splendor of this beachfront sanctuary that provides a blend of comfort and elegance.

The unit and property feature many upscale deluxe amenities. All rooms are adored in beach chic coastal influenced décor with vibrant teals & whites in a contemporary modern design aesthetic. Enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee or cocktail from any of the 3 balconies that are equipped with comfortable furniture and overlook unobstructed views of the gorgeous ocean that stretches for miles. Video can be viewed on YouTube or vistabee.com/en/v/8g4tgr. Along with the curated details, there’s an in-unit full-capacity washer & dryer and towels & bed linens are provided. There are 4 brand new smart UHD large TVs (65 inch, two 55 inch, and 50 inch). TVs have built-in casting and streaming for YOUR personal accounts. Cable & high speed Wi-Fi for work or play are included too.

Each room is outfitted with blackout remote controlled shades and comfy memory foam mattresses as well as top of the line pillows, sheets, and comforters for an amazing night sleep and so you can wake up refreshed to witness incredible sunrises. The master is equipped with a spacious king-sized bed and an epic ocean view along with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a presidential deep soaking jetted bathtub in custom periwinkle accents. The second bedroom with a private bathroom contains a comfortable queen bed with LED lights and more great views of the ocean from the in-room balcony. The den turned third bedroom features two twin beds and ample storage. The third guest bathroom features a full shower too.

Whether you’re a professional chef or casual cook, you’ll find the open concept kitchen with granite countertops fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and crockery dishware. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee makers, cooktop and oven.

About the Building & Area
La Perla Ocean Residences in Sunny Isles puts you at the center of the best shopping, dining, and endless cultural and recreational choices. The building is directly on the beach and includes beach service with chairs, towels, and umbrellas There is a climate controlled outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well as a large and well maintained gym – all with ocean views. The La Perla building also features a children's playroom, a sports lounge with pool table, and there are numerous dining options within walking distance.

Sunny Isles Beach is one of Miami’s most coveted beachfront addresses…home to some of the cleanest, uncrowded, white sand beaches in the Miami Beach and South Florida area. The neighborhood comes perfectly centrally positioned between Miami International Airport as well Fort Lauderdale Airport, the Bal Harbour Shops and Aventura Mall. Close proximity to South Beach and the downtown Miami Brickell area – you are a short drive away from dancing, concert venues, art & music festivals, and sports stadiums. The historic Newport Fishing Pier and Haulover Beach next-door offer the best fishing and watersports opportunities.

Required Mandatory Extra Charges paid directly to the building management office includes:
+Prior to confirmed booking: $100 registration application fee per person or per married couple (payable to property management, not us).
+Upon arrival: 1-Time Adult Resident IDs/Access Cards ( $25/ Adult) – paid by Tenant Please note: if you check-in outside of when the HOA office is open, there is a $25 fee.
+One time $10 Parking Decal fee for Valet – valid for the whole stay. We include 1 valet spot with in-and-out privileges. You can call to request your car or use the smartphone app after you register your vehicle.

Discretionary Extra charges to note:
+Additional cleaning during stay can be paid directly to housekeeping.
+Tenants who lock themselves out of the unit while visiting will be charged a $100 fee for a new key and re-entry accommodations.
+All 4 Towels cards and keys must be left in the unit upon departure. Should any of the keys or towels cards be missing, a charge of $100/card or key will be charged as a fee or deducted from the security deposit.
+Damage fee and/or deposit forfeiture for any violations of building rules or unreported excessive damage to unit, furniture or appliances.

PLEASE READ: For 2025 until April 2026, the building is having their exterior repainted and balconies renovated. My unit's balconies will be "closed" starting late December until Late April. During this time, your view will still be there but you will not be able to go on to the balconies. I will be notified in January if my tiles need to be replaced and if so, there may be some jack hammering when replacing my tiles (all work done M-F 8:30-5pm). Even if my tiles are not being replaced, neighboring units may have theirs replaced. I have no control over this.

The building's pool will be closed during this time (until April 2026) but all residents of the building will be given passes to use the resort's pool next door. Their pool shares a wall with ours so is very convenient. It is much larger, newly renovated, and has a bar and food service (with a 25% discount). I think it's nicer than our pool, to be honest.

Such an amazing getaway in Sunny Isles!

This was our first time renting for a longer period of time (5 weeks)! Avi was wonderful. Responsive - check in process was seamless. Building was great ! Awesome apartment !

Great Stay!

This ocean view property was perfect for our family’s needs. The host is very communicative and this unit provides all of the comforts of home. Upon arrival the unit was easy to access, organized and clean. The kitchen supplies were plentiful and everything was labelled, making it extremely easy to cook and keep clean. The unit is located in a beachfront property with amenities like towel service and a pier with stunning views. The unit was conveniently close to many grocery stores and restaurants. We have stayed at many rental properties all over Miami, and this property was one of the best. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! We are looking forward to our next stay.
