Gorgeous modern 2 BRM/ 2 bath condo directly on the beach. Amazing Ocean and city views from every room. Enjoy two terraces where you can unwind, and take in the ocean grandeur. Contemporary gourmet kitchen, with every appliance needed to pamper you ( De'Longhi Latttissima pro, instapot, air fryer, Ninja grill, drink mixer to list a few!!). Elegant marble floors throughout, as well as exquisite decorator touches! Automatic fluke shades with one blackout and one sheer to shield sun while enjoying the amazing views. La Perla is a one of a kind building, in close proximity to Trump Towers, with world class amenities including, kids play room, fitness center overlooking ocean, pool, beach umbrella and chair and towel services, fishing pier & restaurant as well as complimentary valet parking. Our tenants have access to the Newport beachside resort and spa, and can use their restaurants (20% discount), as well as their TiKki bar, and their famous all you can eat lobster and crab and steak nights. The fishing pier and the seafood restaurant on the pier is steps away, where our guests also enjoy 25% discount off their dining experience, from sushi to great salads to fresh fish. Meticulous cleaning by a professional company is performed between guests. All towels and linens are laundered in hot water. All surfaces including door knobs and handles are thoroughly disinfected. There is light specific to purifying the air and it is in the AC unit. Contactless check in and August phone app for easy access.
Our goal is to turn our first time guests to repeat guests, where they feel that they always have a home when visiting Sunny Isles. A security application will be obtained by La Perla. They use an outside company called tenantev and cost is 100$ per person or $100 per married couple. Complimentary self parking available. ID cards will be available at the office for use on premises. Need 2 weeks prior to booking to do the security check. You should not book this propery less than ywo eeeks prior to arrival. Note that starting April 2025, there will be construction in some areas of the building with potential of some high noise levels between9-5.The gym and beach will always remain open. There maybe intermittent closure of the pool but will have access to the beautiful pool at Newport Beach hotel Nextdoor. There will be opportunity for discount while this work is being completed.

I fell in love with Sunny Isles Beach and La Perla. Awesome ocean front location and beautiful water views. Very close to South beach and can walk to everything in the beautiful Miami weather. Very close to Aventura mall and Bell Harbor mall as well as South Beach and Lincoln Road and Bay Side shops.

Beautiful location. I travelled to this area my whole life. It is an escape for me. I never need a car to be care free and get everywhere. There is nothing like stepping out of your building and step right on the sand. But wait, having a work out room right overlooking the ocean is just what I needed to be motivated.
