About this space
A beautifully crafted space, cozy 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms on the prettiest residential street in Watertown. Walking distance to down town restaurants, the library, Dulles State building, .4 miles to Samaritan hospital, 8 miles to Sackets Harbor, close drive to Ft. Drum. Parking spot, yard, wi-fi, kitchen, and everything you need to create a quiet, peaceful home base for your stay in Watertown.
The space
These spaces will sleep up to 6 people. We have 1 full size bed and a twin bed and an Extra bed if need be. We also have a full size futon that folds down for sleeping. There are 2 full baths. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, toaster,Blender, and a coffee maker. The Apartment is heated and available year round.
Guest access
We provide the bedding and towels. The kitchenette has the basic cups, plates and utensils.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
