Weekend Relax

The property was even better in person once we arrived! Very clean and spacious! Check in process was very simple and straight forward. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

House was immaculate and was purposefully filled with all the amenities to make our stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this lovely home should you be looking in the Atlanta area!!

Awesome host set up! Very nice accommodations

Everything was nice and clean. Loved the entire inside of the house. Host left extras in the house which were greatly appreciated. Location is in close proximity to many places to eat and I-20 so it worked for us. Traffic outside the house was a bit steady so we weren’t big fans of that, but it didn’t take much away from our stay. Would recommend to others.

Overall stay was good.

I would suggest a small child to sleep in the game room. My teenager is over 6 feet and the futon was not the best comfort for him. The heater was not working properly but the host took care of the issue in a fashionable timeframe. Overall the stay was good and the home was very immaculate. The host responded quickly to any questions during our stay. If we only need 2 or 3 bedrooms; my family will definitely stay at this home in the future!

Family friendly

This is a great house. My older kids enjoyed the game room and my younger kids enjoyed the yard. Owner even left some treats for us which was a nice touch. Only thing thing that was missing was a laundry room

We were being watched and she tried to get more money from us

The property was nice but communication with owner was less than great. I let her know we were having a girls weekend/slumber party w just a few people spending the night and no more than 10 people total. We decided to have a videographer record our time together as we only see each other once a year and this became a problem. It was then called an event by the owner even though we weren't having an actual party. During our stay she messaged me several times talking about how she knows we are having a party that she saw us bringing party supplies into the house. Well duh it was a girls sleep over/slumber party so some supplies would be needed. We didn't have more people there than should be, there was no loud music playing etc. The videographer was there a couple hours longer than expected(still with in the 10 people total guest rule) and she sent another message saying be prepared to pay $100 per person that stayed longer even though they did not spend the night which is what she said we would be charged if more than 10 people stayed. No more than 6 spent the night. She also sent a message basically calling me a liar. She sent another message saying Vrbo told her to call the police to kick us out but she just chose not to. The owner seems to money hungry and will try to get anything extra she can. She even sent a message saying that we should actually be paying more to stay in her property for all that it offers. The last message we received told us that she knew we enjoyed ourselves and proceeded to tell us what to clean up even though we pay a cleaning fee. We left that place spotless and took a video of it just in case. I would never stay at this property or any of her properties again.

Nice place!

The house is nice! It would have been great if the bedroom upstairs that has the private bathroom had a bed instead of being used as a gameroom. Also, it was a little inconvenient to learn the washer wasn't operable. All In all, really enjoyed the stay.
