N Druid Hills is a newly renovated and furnished single-story home centrally located in the heart of Atlanta, located within minutes of all in-town attractions and destinations. N Druid Hills has been very tastefully renovated and furnished with high-end designs; Despite its perfect central location within the city and just minutes from major highways, this rare property is tucked away down a long private driveway on a large acre lot surrounded by nature and trees, thereby offering a quiet, peaceful and private stay in a serene setting while still being in the heart of the city.
This home has a single-level main house with 3 bedrooms with 4 beds (total of 6 separate mattresses), 1 open kitchen with laundry niche, dining area, open living room and office area and 2 full bathrooms. Then it has a detached single-level guest house suite with an open kitchen/living room area with dining option and a sleeper sofa, an additional large bedroom, and a full bathroom. It also has a fenced-in private pool area with private pool (non-heated, only open in summer), outdoor seating and a hot tub (open all year) as well as a patio with outdoor dining options, and a BBQ gas grill. This property sleeps 12 people.
The layout is as follows:
1. The main house is 1482 sq ft and consists of a new open kitchen with several new stainless-steel appliances, kitchen island with highchairs and stackable washer/dryer niche, a dining table, open living room with TV and an office area. It also includes a full hallway bathroom (combination tub/shower), a queen Bedroom with TV, a double bunk bedroom with TV (both bunk beds with twin mattresses on top and full-size mattresses on the bottom), a master king bedroom with TV and attached master bathroom (walk-in shower). The main house can sleep up to 8 people.
2. The guest house is 518 sq ft and consists of an additional king bedroom with TV, a hallway bathroom, (walk-in shower) and an open room with kitchen, dining area, sleeper sofa (can sleep 2 people) and TV. The guest house can sleep up to 4 people.
3. The outside area features a patio with a BBQ gas grill and outdoor dining option. It also includes a fenced-in pool area with a beautiful inground pool and lounge chairs (only in summer season), outdoor wicker lounge furniture, a hammock, as well as a hot tub (open all year long). The pool is only open in the summer months from the last weekend of April until the last weekend of September and is not heated.
Pets are strictly NOT ALLOWED for reservations of less than 30 nights. Pets can get authorized for reservations of 30 nights or more with explicit approval by Management in writing prior to arrival; a Pet Fee of $500/pet (NON-refundable), some verification (=current valid vaccination reports) and additional acceptance of our Pet Rules (see below) are required. Any evidence of unapproved pets will result in a charge against your full Damage Deposit.
As preventative measure against parties and neighborhood complaints, and possible city fines, we have outdoor security cameras on the front and side exterior walls facing the driveway/front door, and on the back exterior walls facing the entire backyard, pool, hot tub area etc. There’s 1 NoiseAware sensor inside each house, and 2 outside by the back deck and pool area.
Whether this will be a family vacation, a business trip, or just a convenient home to visit the surrounding area, our N Druid Hills home offers an excellent and comfortable stay in Atlanta. Please inquire with your requested dates in order to receive availability and pricing information.
*Please note – Absolutely no parties, large gatherings, loud noisy groups are allowed at this property. Also, absolutely no visitors or extra guests are allowed to stop by at the property for any period of time, unless previously approved and included in the total reservation guest count. All children and day visitors must be included in the guest count on the reservation request at the time of booking or approved & added prior to the check-in date. The property “sleeps” 12 guests in beds, and the maximum occupancy per group/reservation is 14 individual people total max (including any visitors). There is an additional charge of $25/per person/per duration of your stay (= total nights on your reservation) over 12 people total.
Any violations of these most critical house rules will result in a penalty charge and immediate eviction of the property without refund. House rules are strictly enforced with the help of law enforcement due to county regulations. Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am must be respected and are enforced by noise sensors.*
