Hi Patrick, Thank you so much for the wonderful five-star review! We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your stay. We appreciate your feedback regarding the hot tub cover. Because our private patio is a cozy, covered space, a standard manual cover is the best fit for the layout. We do our best to ensure it balances safety and heat retention, but we appreciate the note and will always look for ways to make the guest experience smoother. We'd love to host you again! Olivia

We would've really loved to have a child lock on the doors to the pool area but other than that the house is great. They have everything for your stay planned out absolutely seamlessly. We'd stay there again!!

What a great property! We had a great time enjoying all the amenities. The pool was fabulous, the hot tub was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day and everyone in our group took turns enjoying the pool table. The house is much larger than we expected and very well appointed. The kitchen is probably the best stocked of any vacation rental we’ve experienced. The owner was highly responsive when we had a quick question about the electronics. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Litchfield Park (near Phoenix) we would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home with plenty of space for our group! We appreciated how the home was laid out with the main suite on one side of the home and the remaining rooms on the other side, this allowed all the people in our group to have their own area. We absolutely loved the heated pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and also well maintained. Our only regret is planning so many activities that we didn’t have time to enjoy the home more! Next time we will plan for a down day to sit and enjoy the home and pool more!
