We had a very enjoyable weekend with multiple adults and kids! This property is nicely laid out and provided a great homebase for our adventures in Arizona. The pool and the pool table were utilized extensively. Great grill and the large kitchen made focal point of all of our gatherings.

We had a great stay in a beautiful home and truly enjoyed our relaxing visit to Phoenix. David was an excellent host—very responsive and quick to take care of anything we needed, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. While the home has a slightly dated feel and we would have appreciated a bit more bedding, it was comfortable overall. With a little extra attention to the pool deck area, this would be an even better experience. Overall, a lovely stay and a host who really cares about his guests.

The house was fantastic. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was perfect temperature everyday. The house was better than expected and was perfect for our family of 9.
