We absolutely LOVE staying at the Upscale Abode! This was our second stay, and we already know it won’t be our last. It truly feels like a home away from home, and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Sonia is an amazing host! She is very responsive and thoughtful with communication. Before we even arrived, she let us know that the front door needed a little extra push, which was such a helpful little heads-up and made checking in super easy. The home itself is beautiful, cozy, and incredibly welcoming. The decor throughout the house is beautiful, and you can really tell that a lot of thought went into making the space comfortable for guests. Everything was clean and fresh, and having plenty of fresh towels and cozy blankets available was a wonderful touch. Plenty of space to hold our party of 7 this time. We had such a great experience from start to finish. Between the beautiful home, comfortable atmosphere, cleanliness, and wonderful hospitality, this place checks all the boxes! We will absolutely be staying here again and highly recommend the Upscale Abode to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and relaxing place to stay.

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The fold out sofa and the futon were not very good but all other beds were very comfortable. They had a huge supply of cooking items, coffee pots and supplies. The back yard was a very nice area. There was a TV in nearly every room. We got more than we were expecting for the price we paid.

Everything was wonderful. The kiddos really enjoyed being there and loved the jacuzzi. Loved the place. Would def come back if available anytime we come to town.

Great property! Every room was decorated for the Christmas holiday, so it was a very festive place for our family get together. We would defiantly stay there again!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Upscale Abode and thought the house really lived up to the description of an older house with character renovated to include some nice luxuries, such as a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, smart TVs, fast Internet, mini refrigerators, and plenty of comfortable seating. The layout with the master bedroom upstairs and three smaller bedrooms (one with bunk beds) downstairs would make this house especially good for families visiting Wichita.

We had a nice stay with our daughters and grandsons. Wish we could have relaxed more because the home was a comfortable one! We found everything we needed already furnished.

My major complaint, it was very dirty! Deck looked like it was ready to fall off, driveway was cracked and on a very steep incline. Main floor shower was very dark

Good morning , I’m so sorry for your inconvenience. When housekeeping has completed their job, I always verify everything is excellent condition with a walk through before my guess arrive. The deck was a little dusty but the structure and stability is great. I have a contractor power washing the deck. Again I apologize for the inconvenience.

Family trip

We loved the property! Perfect for our 4 adults and my 3 grandkids! Very clean and great communication! It was 10-15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do! We will definitely stay for a family getaway again!

Great property

We enjoyed our stay at the Upscale Abode. The property was in great shape, was very comfortable for our family, and was beautiful. The owner was able to be reached when needed and was helpful in answering our questions. Check in and out was easy as well.

Beautiful bungalow

It’s got all the amenities The whole place was stocked with things you forgot to bring. Lots of room for everyone A perfect place to stay if you are going to be here for a few days.

Overall, the house was very nice. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for everyone. It was fun playing the old school video game machine in the basement when there was a little down time.
