2400 sq. ft. + 500 sq. ft. in the walkout basement.
Garage and driveway parking. Five spots total.
Individual coffee makers in rooms with complementary coffee, tea, & hot cocoa.
Peaceful front porch. Back deck and patio with green view. Gas grill.
Near both I-265 and I-64.
20-30 minutes to most anywhere in Louisville.
1/2 mile walk or drive to Beckley Creek Park with:
* Spray & play ground
* Picnic areas
* Open and sports fields
* Ponds and lakes
* Miles of paved, gravel trails for nature walks
* Floyd's Fork meandering through, with spots suitable for wading and catching crawdads
1 mi to a fuel, groceries, restaurants & banking.
3 mi to Valhalla Golf Course Home of PGA Tour Events.

Ross was super helpful from start to finish, and had plenty of space for our 14 guests to stay. This property would be very very high on my list to stay at again as a home base for a future Kentucky Derby weekend, or even a bourbon trail trip.

We only stayed one night to break up a long drive. Communication from preparing, during and post was outstanding. The house overall was very nice, great layout and plenty of room. Owners did all the little things that go a long way. Coffee machines in bedrooms and water was filled in advance in each one, guest notes about where to find or what to do was also nice. I would definitely stay here again

There was plenty of space for our group of 7 educators. The only gathering place lacking was sufficient dining space (we could not all sit at tables for team dinners). The home was tidy and amply supplied. Theee members of the group, however, suffered from pretty severe allergies while staying at the property. The check in and check out process was easy. The host was gracious and helpful.

Great place for a weekend in Louisville, KY
Nice house for a family to stay while visiting Louisville, KY. We stayed here to attend a wedding and had a nice time.

Great for large groups
Ross was a great host and the property was so clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Ross was an amazing host! He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was as described, had many beds and amenities, our travel party of 7 adults had plenty of space and we were very comfortable. I will stay again when we come to Louisville.

Property was very comfortable. We had 13 adults and one toddler and stayed for 6 nights for my daughter’s wedding. It was a great location and we enjoyed daily walks to the nearby park and their egg shaped lawn trail.

Great place to stay! Super cute details throughout the home. Very comfortable with the 11 people we had, and every couple had their own space to sleep.

Archery nationals
We were in town to watch some of our grandkids participate in the national archery tournament. This house worked perfectly for us and it also had a lot of amenities. Nice area and host was very helpful.

Great Place
The property itself was awesome. Great location, clean, and stocked with everything you would need. The property owner was more than accomadating and was great at communicating.

An EXCELLENT place to stay
Ross has gone above and beyond to make his place perfect for a large group. The rooms and beds are very spacious. Every room has its own coffee maker and microwave. Everything in the house worked fine and we had no issues during our stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Family Vacation
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this home. Some of my grandkids wanted to stay longer (and even asked if we could all move to this home permanently, lol!) The host was great and very quick to respond with any questions we had! I would definitely recommend this place!

Comfortable house for our group
We enjoyed the many comfortable beds, nice deck, and well-stocked kitchen. The toys for the children were a big help, and the many small touches (ex. water bottles, etc.) were very nice. The nearby park and splashpad were great!
