This place was really pretty amazing! We loved the location for what we were looking for, and the setup is great for a large group. We had 10 adults, and almost everyone had their own room and space. The backyard and front porch are great gathering areas to start or end the day! We would for sure stay here again.

The house was amazing we had 17 people stay there and we never felt crowded. Great coffee station. House was very close to areas of interest. The host of the house was very helpful with recommendations.

Host is very responsive and friendly-desiring to provide the best experience possible.Stunning river views, historic info throughout the home, it’s truly the perfect home if couples desire private living quarters yet it can also serve as one large space.I conducted a team meeting and everyone felt it was ideal. Tips:Bring a long hdmi cable if using the TV as a monitor otherwise its very nicely equipped.Price - worth it!

The uniqueness and history of the home added to its charm and beauty. Every room was tastefully decorated and designed with class and comfort in mind. The owner reached out every day of our visit and responded immediately when contacted. I feel confident that anyone who stays here would leave more than satisfied just as our group did.

Perfect spot for group getaway. We had eight couples and the house worked great for everyone. Awesome location right across the river with easy walks to restaurants and coffee shops. The front porch and the access to the walking Bridge were definite highlights. Look forward to staying here again.

This place is even better than the pictures- worked perfectly for our team that was in town for a volleyball tournament. 4 full kitchens was so useful, and the bedroom placement within each unit gave a perfect blend of privacy and flexible gathering options. We had a blast and hope to have another tournament here next year to book again! Excellent communication, super friendly host, could not have worked out any better!!

Very nice property and kept up well. My group has the entire house so we had four kitchens and eight bedrooms. Bathrooms are stocked well as are the kitchens. Up-to-date heating coin system made for comfortable stay. Property description is exactly what we expected. Communication from the host was absolutely fantastic and they checked in on us throughout the stay. I was very impressed with the communication. I would stay again at this location.

We had a wonderful experience! Probably the best rental I've ever stayed in. It was very clean, wonderful amenities and the host was very attentive. Checking on us several times. We will highly recommend and hope to stay again!!

Great family time

This property is essentially 4 separate apartments that are connected with a center hallway. It was a great set up for our family reunion.

Awesome location for enjoying the barges on the river, walking to the Big Four walking bridge, and dinner in Jeffersonville! We spent most of our time on the riverside porch with a breeze! The Deaconess Guest House is well cared for and we felt welcomed by the clean, well appointed living spaces.

Another great stay at The Deaconess House! This was a repeat stay for our annual sales and marketing strategic planning and everything about our stay was great! Communication prior to and during the stay was excellent. The property was as described, all 4 units were fully stocked and more than met our needs. We had 8 adults staying plus had visitors one evening for a special dinner and the home provided plenty of room for everyone. We will likely return for a third visit next year and we highly recommend this property!

Great location!

This house was perfect for our company. We were able to spread out and have our own rooms. The host was amazing! We unfortunately had scary weather while we were there and Kapil went above and beyond to make sure we were safe. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is big and unique. There are four areas that could be separate spaces - each includes a living area, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. We were able to gather together when we wanted to and have our own space to sleep. The teens enjoyed the hot tub, and the younger kids liked the games. The location is great. We walked along the river and to the hub of town. Highly recommend.

Awesome, spacious, beautiful spot!!

Kapil was a great host. Went out of the way to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect trip! Enjoyed the location, backyard, space and game room upstairs. Thanks for everything, would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group. It was clean and the decor was beautiful. Judy s short ride to all of our Louisville destinations. The host was very responsive. We look forward to staying at this property again!

Company Management Retreat

Property is fantastic. Very nicely appointed and equipped. The view of the Ohio River is fantastic and the backyard is set up for entertaining and fun! Great property and great owner communication.

Wedding Getaway

We rented all four units of this home for a getaway with 19 people. We fit beyond perfectly in the rooms and the two sofa beds, which a friend of mine said she hasn’t slept that well in months. Having the four kitchens, extra bathrooms and fun outdoor area was the extra bonus. Location is great and there’s tons of parking. Kapil was easy to communicate with the entire weekend!
