Great Amenities for Families

The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities associated with the building are great: rooftop pool, pool/beach towels, laundry machines, proximity to beach, beach chairs. All made for a great trip with kids.

Spacious yet cozy condo

The condo was perfect for a long weekend getaway with three adults. We had plenty of room to spread out and the condo was super clean and inviting. The property was beautiful and the resort fee was well worth it! We loved how quickly we could get set up on the beach each day with the included chairs. We would absolutely come back!

Ladies trip

My daughter and I stayed here initially due to location. Perfect distance to Ft. Lauderdale, Everglades, Miami and on the beach in Hollywood. The resort had tons of amenities and we loved the rooftop pool. The bakery and gelato place were bonuses. Right on the Hollywood boardwalk where everything was walking distance. The place was spacious, very clean, loved the decor, and balcony was stellar. Only drawback were the semi hidden resort fees and parking fees. We would stay again

The stay at Costs Hollywood was good. The property was as it was shown which is a plus. It would be perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids (under 18). Pay attention to all the details as stated regarding extra fees for wifi and amenities at the resort which aren’t bad but you don’t want the surprise after committing. Amenities such as pool, beach chairs/towel, daily activities, and bikes are a great perk, Staying for a week, there should be a towel change at least but you need to contact the host since we do not get the services as the other rooms in the resort. We needed the tv checked out and when I contacted the host, the sent someone out and they took care of it. When I needed a linen change due to an accident, I contacted them and it didn’t get changed. I was disappointed by that as it could’ve been an extreme case but it was never addressed prior to us leaving. I don’t know where the disconnect was between the host and the person who was to handle the matter. The location was amazing! We could walk out to the beach, we felt safe, and you can get where you needed to with no problem. I would stay at this property again and I would recommend this host but would maybe call/text instead of using VRBO to communicate with he/she for any concerns as the turnaround can vary.

We always strive to handle accidents and requests promptly, and I am looking into where the communication breakdown happened with our team to ensure it doesn't happen again.
