Enjoy breathtaking direct ocean views from your private terrace located directly on the beach with a direct access.

We are conveniently located close to restaurants, bars and shopping.
Just a 20 minute drive to Miami South Beach, the Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Casino Entertainment Center, Gulf Stream Village shops and Horse Race Course and 30 minutes to the famed Sawgrass Mills and Dolphin Mall outlet stores.

There is an inexpensive trolley, which stops at our building and does a loop stopping along the Boardwalk and downtown shopping area and back.

Master bedroom set is with King size bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom;
2nd bedroom with 2 queens beds and full bath;

Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, new refrigerator (with water dispenser), microwave, coffeemaker, blender, new dishwasher, all utensils and sitting area.

A large living room is with spacious dining area for 6, features a sofa set , ottoman and sitting area,access to the ocean view balcony.

2 spacious bathrooms one is with shower and 2nd with bath/ shower.

Southeast sun filled ocean side unit,

Ocean views from all rooms and balcony.

Free WiFi in the condo.

Valet: Parking is available 10$ per night

Security/Reception: Each 2 adult guests will need to purchase 1 proximity fob 30$
(4 adults will have to purchase 2 proximity fobs ($15/Person per stay)

Parking is available at $10 per night or $150 per month. There are laundry machines located on the floor right next to the unit which can be used at any time. The cost is $1.75 per wash and a card is provided to load money.
Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided.

The building located close to the Fort Lauderdale airport and is situated on 12 miles of sandy white beaches. Walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants, groceries, etc.

Perfect location

This place was in a great location. The unit had nice beach chairs and an umbrella to enjoy the beach. Sunrises from the balcony were beautiful. Pictures were as it was described. The owner was responsive to our questions.

Florida Trip!

Myself and two other friends stayed at Victor’s condo for a week in April. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the amenities. Great location as the beach was in our back yard. Walmart was a 10 minute walk when we needed groceries. Beach chairs and towels were also supplied for our stay. I highly recommend this location if you are looking to stay in the heart of Hollywood Beach.

Perfect!

This condo was perfect for the 4 of us. Our sons are 21 and 19. Plenty of room for everyone! The boys loved having their own queen size bed and bathroom. The unit had everything we needed! Great location! Very short walk to the beach and shopping across the bridge! Viktor was very quick to respond to messages! Will definitely look to stay here again next time we come to town!

Wonderful stay!

From check in to check out process, the stay was worry free. Valet parking was cheap and fast! The condo was spacious, clean, stocked kitchen, and in a perfect location! Definitely will stay again!

Very nice!

The condo itself was very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed from kitchen appliances to beach towels,chairs, garbage bags to toilet paper. The view was beautiful. Very nice condo. The only thing I would say is that even from the 8th floor you can hear very clearly the street noise cause it's a busy street. But a part from that, we would return for sure.

Family visit

The condo we stayed in was not as nice as the on-line pictures showed. The view of the ocean was wonderful. Definitely needs some updating in kitchen and hall bathroom. There was no coffee in kitchen for 1st night, luckly we were close to a walmart. Never could figure out how to watch the TV in the living room no directions for it anywhere. Matresses were very comfortable.

I like the location of the property. Everything is close restaurants, publix supermarket, enjoy music and food. Beach next to us, pool nice and clean. Customer service and valet parking amazing. I recommended 100% this place. I will think in the future to come back. Thanks

Beautiful Condo!

A well priced, and greatly located condo with beach view from balcony! Upon arrival you can expect an easy check in process and if any questions arise the host is quick to respond. Place is very clean and has all the essential items you may need upon arrival (towels, kitchen utensils, blankets). Overall, a wonderful stay, and will be back if I ever return to the area!

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay at the Sian. We only had one issue with the smoke alarm going off and the host came within a couple hours to replace batteries. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the property, which I understand is not controlled by the host.The walk path to the beach had the same trash there both days we stayed. Overall we had a nice visit and all the staff were friendly. The gentleman at front desk was very helpful during our checkin.

Spring Break '23

Our family took our spring break trip to Hollywood, FL and Sian Ocean Resort/Residences. We selected the destination b/c of the location and there were a number of units available, so multiple families could stay at the same place, but have our own space and privacy. The unit we rented served us well. Plenty of space inside. Beach and pool access was easy and our unit had the necessities for beach going: an umbrella, numerous chairs a cooler and a volleyball and football for our kids The kitchen had the necessities. Only negatives are minor quibbles: not a 'standard' cable package for tv, so couldn't watch the sports we wanted to and couldn't get the tv to stream from phone. Only 2 elevators in the lobby for 16 floors of apartments and situation made worse when 1 went down for half our stay. Valet parking isn't our preference, but we understood the need and the crew was adequate-- definitely seems to be the norm in the area as well.

Florida stay 2023

Over all it was a good experience, however check in was a mess, had to load all my things in a grocery cart, I looked like a homeless person. I suggest letting people that are moving in and out park beside the building and use the side entrance. The sign says no parking, but plenty of cars where always parked there, (I have photos). The condo was nice, shows ware and tare, but over all nice. The balcony windows and doors were so dirt, you could hardly see through them. Beds were great, bathrooms need serious updating, I think the bath tub was painted???? Every morning I walked the beach, and picked up trash, I thing the people setting up chairs should do that?? Also, there should be facial tissues in the bathroom. The trash shut was clogged at least 3 or 4 times, I had to put garbage in my car to take away. The only other thing is the constant beeping of car horns, and security systems going off so the the people could find cars. My sister and I have a bnb so we have experience, so for the charges for two weeks, was really not worth it. Thanks for taking the time to hear me out.

Location, view and great matresses!

Easy check in, parking a breeze, condo clean but could get rid of broken beach chairs. The bedding was good quality along with pillows. Asked for repair on toilet seat and it was replaced quickly. Also more silverware was brought. The game room was a bonus too. Would come back.

Great family vacation!

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The apartment was clean and well stocked. It was very spacious and we felt like we had plenty of room. The walk in closets in each bedroom were very nice. Every bed had a very comfortable mattress, which was a nice surprise. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. The laundry room was close to the apartment and easy to use (we downloaded the app). Beach access was easy and we loved that the pool was heated. The only drawback is that there is quite a bit of traffic noise, but we brought a white noise machine and it did great blocking out the noise.
