Sept - March 2100/monthly! Beach Blessing is Walking distance to beach!

Beach Blessing has everything you need to have a wonderful beach vacation. With 1200 SQFT there is plenty of room for your entire family. Located between 2nd and 3rd Street on Jones Avenue makes for easy access to the beach. Short three-block walk to the beach, with a crosswalk at 2nd Street. Walking distance to Memorial Park, which has a large playground, covered picnic tables, tennis courts, and volleyball net. Three large bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with a king. Bedrooms all have TVs. The Master bedroom is on the main floor with queen size bed and a private bathroom. There is half a bath on the main floor. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the essentials to cook all your meals in. The sectional couch in the living room is perfect for lounging around. 2nd floor has two bedrooms and a full bath. The front porch is great to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks.

Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.

No external water source to clean sand off, negative stars for that.Tub drains had hair and kitchen drain had food (on arrival)Security night directly under bedroom window was horrible at night even with blinds closed.Washer spin cycle almost took washer out of house.Refrigerator cannot hold gallon jugs of milk or water unless a shelf is removed.Ceiling fans only had one speed, either super high or off.Owners truck forced guests to park in drive instead of under in garage area which was inconvenient in rain.Location was great, house itself was nice and comfortable beds.Will not be back.

Recent stay on Tybee

Good location to beach and nearby businesses. My biggest complaint would be AC set at 70 and not being able to adjust. Also issues with TV in main area changing often on its own while you are watching a program.

Great property, great location

We had the BEST time at Tybee. The house was clean and spacious and we loved being so close to the beach. The best part was being walking distance to our favorite restaurant, Salt Island.

Tybee

The house was on a very busy street. It was not the cleanest. The A/C could not be adjusted below 70 and it was very warm upstairs. The walk to the beach was easy as long as you could walk on the road while pulling your beach wagon.

Great little getaway!

Perfect spot away from the busy part of the island. Short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfy. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Family vac Memorail Day week

Overall was a nice place. Short walk to the beach and to the nice playground for the kids . Very convenient to shops/ groceries.

Great house in a nice neighborhood

The house was much nicer than I expected. The pictures didn’t do it much justice. Simple but spacious. Lots of room for our toddling grandson to play. Really nice neighbors. The only issue we had was that the neighbors did have trees cut all day the last day of our trip. This was very loud, but to be expected in a residential neighborhood. Beach was nice as well.

Cozy and clean house

This house was very nice and clean. A great place to crash after being on the beach all day. Beach is super close. The neighbors are also very nice!

Beach blessing on Jones Avenue

The property was very spacious very clean we had everything that we needed. I was a little disappointed with the location it was a residential very busy Street. The walk to the beach is a little bit far and a lot of traffic to contend with until you cross over the major intersection.

Perfect family spot

This house was adorable and the perfect size for a family. It was supper clean. The house set with easy access to the beach (about 2blocks) and main road.
