One of a kind-ART thoughout-Spanish Village Cottage in downtown Port Aransas!

Winter Monthly available starting at $2,500 a month.

This gorgeous property has three bedrooms, two bedrooms downstairs & the master upstairs. The first bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom sleeps one with a twin bed.
There is access to the amazing outside space from the 1st floor. Out here you will find comfortable seating under a shaded area, a beautifully landscaped backyard, and outdoor shower to rinse off from a day at the beach. Relax around the fire pit and enjoy a cocktail or two!
Inside, at the top of the interior staircase you will find a large open great room with a well appointed kitchen. Prep your catch on the large island with a beautiful waterfall top and a spacious 5 foot long kitchen sink. HUGE picture windows look out over old town and tons of natural light filter into this great space. There is a balcony off of the kitchen where you can sit and enjoy a Port A sunset. The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite with walk in shower, large closet, and a full size stackable washer and dryer. Sectional sofa makes into a sofa bed.
This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. Parking for two vehicles in the driveway and one street spot in front of the home. Golf carts count as one of the vehicles.

We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Port A Escapes will contact you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready.

Port A

The rental was cute and we had a wonderful time at the beach. Things to note, fire pit didnt work, construction going on behind the house with lights on all night was not cool. No measuring tools of any kind for baking or nights in for cooking. We stay at Spanish village often because of the location and dog friendly. I probably wont rent this unit again.

Awesome Property

The atmosphere and the amenities were amazing. The cleanliness and attention to details along with it’s location to both public and privet beaches and local restaurants were all we could ask for. The price wasn’t bad either.

Cute Place

This is a cute place, great location, keep in mind that there are no window coverings on the top windows (big windows) so people from the street can see right in. Its a great location, close to everything in town.

Beach before college move in

A beach trip before moving our son back up for college. The place was clean, cool and convenient to town. It was interesting how different it was to ALL the other houses in the neighborhood. We loved that it was pet friendly too

Great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is such a cool rental! Very clean, quiet and super comfortable. Everything provided for a perfect stay, plenty of towels, dishes, cutlery, pots/pans and drinkware. We did have to run out to grab some dish soap and sponge, no biggie. We will definitely be booking this rental again! Thank you!!

Very comfortable and quiet

Took a long weekend for New Year’s Eve. Place was just as described but if you do a lot of cooking, bring EVERYTHING that you need. (Salt and pepper was the only thing there). Had to run to the grocery store for a can opener and dishwashing detergent as both were not supplied. Other than that, place was comfortable, clean and in a quiet area but right in the middle of Port A. Will for sure stay agin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. T.V. In small bedroom was not working however we did not call to report it. Outside shower was blocked and not working. There was dead roaches in bathrooms. Master bathroom shower door handle was broken and the shower leaked water all over the floor. Although it was pet friendly the sofas were full of dog hair could have been vacuumed. Overall great location but that’s probably the only thing I could recommend.

Absolutely NO functionality

Lovely to look at but no table, barstool were terribly tall and could not sit at the bar, no toilet paper holders or towel racks in bathrooms, a sofa that totally unsafe and collapses when sat upon, but the cabinets had to be pull open from the bottoms and the drawers--well , good luck getting them open ! definitely will not recommend this rental.

Great addition to Spanish Village

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay was good. We have stayed at the Spanish Village many times in several of the mini houses and were excited to try this one that was big enough for us and our two kids (others are too cramped). We did have an issue checking in- waited around all day and never got the text for check in code and were told by answering service we could only go up to office for this. We also did not realize till late the first night that the downstairs a/c was not coming on. Finally day 2 we opened up the a/c closet to see that the breaker was tripped off and were able to cool it down. This house is absolutely beautifully done and is great for a small family or maybe two couples. We love staying at the Spanish Village and may stay again during off season since when we peeked at summer costs they were waaaaaaaay too high for the size of the house. A couple suggestions just to make it even better: hooks for the towels in the bathrooms, maybe some shades for the upstairs windows- I know it is design but the whole Spanish Village can see in at night, and something to step out of the outdoor shower onto- the rocks hurt!! It looks like there was a mat outside that could work but it was stuck under the owner's golf cart.

It was big enough for us to spread out if we wanted quiet time and big enough to comfortable cook a big breakfast for everyone and not feel cramped. The master bedroom bed was not comfortable but I let Port A Escpase know and they put in a maintenance work order.

Its ok

Very strange smell the whole stay. Kitchen cabinets are impossible to open, missing handles. Master shower leaked when taken. Master bed was very uncomfortable.

Port A weekend getaway

Such a lovely place with a unique touch with art and style. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a few things to improve upon with previous notes for the need of more silverware. It would also be nice to have a dining table as the barstools are too high to sit at the kitchen island. Nice back patio. Similar properties inclusive of golf carts. This one had a golf cart, but not for visitor use. Torture -:)
