Beach Please is a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo with stunning coastal views! The cozy non-smoking vacation home features hardwood floors throughout, with the living room offering ample and comfortable seating and TV. From the living room is direct access to the furnished balcony with gorgeous views of the bay. The dining area is next to the living room and accommodates six. The fully stocked kitchen offers everything a cook needs to prepare a fresh meal after a fun day in the sun!

This home has two cozy bedrooms. The first is the primary suite that offers a king-size bed, TV and a private bathroom. The guest room provides a full-over-full bunk bed and TV. This guest room is conveniently located near the second bathroom.

This property does NOT have access to the pool at Pirates Bay. This property as per City of Port Aransas ordinances is NOT Golf Cart accessible. There are 2 parking spaces for the house.

Very calming

Great place tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet only 1.5 miles from beach access. Great place for our family of 6 plus 1 dog. We all had a blast

Celebration stay

This house was a good fit for our family. During out stay the mosquitoes were horrible outside and inside the house. Great area to explore.

Family Get Away

Nice! Great location and wonderful inside. Having a refrigerator with an ice maker was a nice plus. Great value. Stairs were a bit of a challenge, but we survived.

Nice place

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great location, nice place, comfortable

We spent the weekend and were very happy with the place. A few things that would have helped......call backs with when we could enter (as promised) and what the wifi name and password were. Didn't notice the little yellow sticky stuck inside the handle of the freezer. Better location would be a full size piece of paper on the table or somewhere more noticeable. Internet service on the island is awful and for awhile we didn't have the wifi until locating the sticky note that fell on the floor. Also, ring camera on back balcony where you sit in the chairs feels a bit uncomfortable.

Great get away with the pups

Had an amazing stay with the dogs. They loved hangout out on the porch and enjoying the view of the bay. Located close to everything. House was beautiful.

Lacked cleanliness

We walked in and there was a smell of cigarettes and or musty smell. Very strong, I had to light a candle. There were wet towels left in the dryer. Dirty dishes in the cabinet. The place needs a deep cleaning. Only positive thing was the master bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was cool too.

Great Fall Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice town home. Inside very comfortable. Lights on the stairs need to be fixed and the door lock is bothersome. No outdoor shower as advertised.

Please Clean Unit!!

So first off we could not get into unit bc door was stuck. Then it was sticky around fridge. The dryer was full of sand and others peoples clothes that we had to throw away. There was sand behind dressers. The TV kept telling us to sign in. Then maintenance had to come unclog the master bedrooms shower. Overall a the place needed a deep cleaning.
