Almost Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit continues to be our favorite for our annual senior ladies’ trip. The owner has done an excellent job maximizing the space without overcrowding it with furniture. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather and watch a movie on the comfortable sectional sofa, and the bedrooms are spacious and well-sized.Our only complaint is the kitchen area. The kitchen itself is somewhat small, and the dining table is very large, wide, and heavy. To seat everyone, we have to pull the table away from the wall, which blocks access to both the kitchen and the hallway. One thing we noticed during this visit was the number of beach items being stored in the unit, including tents, chairs, and umbrellas. While providing beach accessories can certainly be a nice amenity, they take up valuable storage space, especially for larger groups. Since Coral Reef Club provides umbrella service, personal umbrellas must be set up behind the resort’s chairs and umbrellas anyway. As always, the staff is fabulous, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the location is excellent. We have stayed at Coral Reef Club for several years, and this remains our favorite unit.

Favorite Unit!

I’ve stayed at the Coral Reef Club based on beach accessibility, location, and unit options. Our unit was updated, spacious, clean and it suited us perfectly. Wish we would’ve checked under beds upon arrival, we could’ve used some of items (storage bins, tent). The vanity mirrors were a hit, the couch was firm, and the kitchen storage plentiful! The beach was calm and the waves were gentle. The entire family played and relaxed. It was exactly what we needed. We will be back again!

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and view are great!! Condo was lovely. However, it states it accommodates 9, which it does; but it is a little tight. The loft front bedroom offers no privacy as you have to walk through it to get to the back bedroom or bathroom. And the bunkbeds squeezed into the front hall also offer no privacy as you pass them going from front door to living room. We were there for only 3 nights so it worked fine.

Condo was clean and accurate to the listing. Views were great. Clean beach. Location was nice but not exactly what we prefer. Some restaurants within walking distance but not much for night life. We mostly had to uber to bars and restaurants. The office staff could be more welcoming and nicer. I arranged for a late check out which was approved in writing. The day before we were scheduled to check out they sent me the information for check in with a code to a different condo. I stopped at the office to inquire about check out. They were rude and informed me that they sent me the info. Except the info they sent was wrong! I again confirmed the late check out. However the morning of our check out they knocked on the door and rudely said that we needed to leave and they had cleaning staff there to clean. Definitely was not a pleasant ending to our trip.

Disappointed in condo

We have stayed at Coral Reef several times, but the condition of this particular condo when we arrived was disappointing to say the least. Black mold in one of the bathrooms. Layers of dust everywhere. The property manager was quick to come and take care of those issues and did refund us the cleaning fee which was greatly appreciated. I just wish it wouldn’t have been an issue in the first place so that we weren’t dealing with that on our first day there. Won’t stay in the condo again, but again appreciative of the property manager.

Bachelorette Trip

My group was very excited to stay here. The pictures of the decor in the condo really sold us. When we got to the condo it was late and we had to set up decorations before the bride came in. Not only were we decorating but we had to clean as well. The condo was not properly cleaned and there was a broken vase. I did not contact the manager… which was my mistake.. we were just so busy trying to get things done. Also, Our room was never cleaned while we were there. A couple weeks after we left I got a call that I was being charged for the broken vase. The manager was rude and basically blamed it all on me… the same manager that I saw let a group of under aged girls rent another unit without someone over the age of 25. Very displeased with the condo.. management and cleanliness. Do not recommend.

Thank you. This condo is beautiful and the pictures are very representative of the decor. It is unfortunate that your late arrival caused stress for your group making you rush your decorating and party planning. We know how much thought and effort goes into planning the perfect experience for the favorite bride-to-be. It is unfortunate that you did not reach out to the management team when you determined the cleanliness was not up to your expectations. We would have certainly responded immediately to your needs had we only known. Please understand, daily cleaning is not a service that is provided and the rental fee includes one cleaning upon departure. Our hope is that your group had an amazing celebration of the bride and her crew!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Coral Reef Club for at least 20 years and have a great time every time. The office staff is super friendly and accommodating. This is the first time we had to use maintenance as the kitchen faucet broke and had to be replaced. They were right on it and it was complete in just a few of hours. The condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Love the location of the beach since it is close to the state park and less crowded. As always we'll be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at the Coral Reef Club about 10 times, but first time in unit 45. It was the nicest unit we have been in. Comfy beds, updated kitchen, nicely decorated throughout. As with the other units, was clean and ready ahead of our check in time. Have nothing but positive remarks for our stay. Will try to book this unit for our future stays.
