This house is extremely clean has all the amenities you would want and supplies. Everything has been thought through thoroughly. Then it shows in the appearance in every room Great House too.

Easy entry and parking. Clean and comfortable. Great to find beach towels available. Quiet neighborhood but close to every convenience. Kids will be attending UTampa and we will be back

The neighborhood was so peaceful and the home was immaculate. Spacious enough for 4 women to get ready with ease! The beds were very comfortable. We loved the little touches such as sound machines in the bedrooms, multiple charging stations on the nightstands, really anything you could need was there. The owners were very responsive, answering any questions I had within a short time. We would 100% stay again! Thank you Bob and Liz for such an amazing experience.

Perfect little house with no suprises. Fun little insider about this place, the neighbor throws handfuls of nuts out to feed about a dozen squirrels in the morning and its fun to sip a coffee and watch if your not in a rush.

A great stay

We visit Tampa 3x per year for past 6 years and have stayed in a lot of houses. This was one of the best, in terms of location, cleanliness and appearance. I’ll stay there again if it’s available.

Clean, Pleasant, Affordable stay

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this property and will do so again when I'm back in Tampa. The house has plenty of room, is clean and nicely laid out. The neighborhood is one of the better I've stayed in, if not the nicest. If this house fits your needs, don't hesitate too book!

Beautiful and clean house

We stayed here to visit Tampa and the close beaches and this house was perfect. It was clean, very well stocked, and located in a great centralized area. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

This place was the best—impeccably clean, with bright white linens and super soft, thick towels. It felt like home the second we walked in; they had everything you could want—extra hairspray, shampoo, you name it. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, so we made meals most nights and saved a bundle. Perfect for our big family, super close to trendy restaurants, grocery stores, and just two miles from the convention center—great for our volleyball tournament. Owners texted back instantly, check-in and out were effortless, and they were so accommodating. Neighborhood’s quiet, parking’s right out front—no hotel chaos. Total steal for the price. Five stars.

Golf Trip

Come to Tampa for ths weekend with 3 friends to golf. The location was ideal. Close to restaurants and the golf courses. The house was clean and we kept.

Clean and Quiet

The property had nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was well kept and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet as well.

Nice Place

Liz was incredibly nice. She was a great communicator. The property was exactly what was sold to us. It's a really nice place for a family outside of downtown Tampa, but easy to get to and from all the place you'd like to go.

Conference

This property was very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. While staying at the property, a very intense storm happened that knock out power in parts of the home. We reached out to the host and they walked us through getting things back running.

Cute

Home was overall cute. Bathrooms were nice. There were tiny black and all over the countertops anytime you places anything on it food or drink. There were small flying bugs in the rooms by the windows and on pillows. Home was clean but had a bit of an oder. We were gone 90% of the time so we made die. Internet was out entire weekend. Owner tried fixing it but it wasn't able to be fixed.

Anna, We have the house professionally cleaned upon every check out, which is evident and referenced in our past reviews that "the house was clean and spotless" , our only thoughts are that we did take it off VRBO for a a little while while out of the country therefore it did sit unused for a while which could explain the odor or a bug and Wifi being off? I can reassure you and any incoming guests that ,that is not the case or the norm. We take our "Premiere Host" status with VRBO seriously and it shows on all of our reviews on all three properties including this one.

Great house for a reasonable price!

We stayed at this home for a wedding weekend in Tampa. It was centrally located to all our events and the house had everything we needed and more. The communication with Liz was excellent from beginning to end. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of paper products and fresh towels. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a wonderful time using the back patio too. There was a charcoal grill with everything you would need although we didn’t have time to use it. There are a couple of minor items I would mention - there were only three wine glasses. A few more wine glasses would be great. Also adding one more chair or seating option in the living room would be nice too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to this area. Luz was an excellent host and the house was perfect for our needs.

Great house! This house has everything you need. A well stocked kitchen for cooks. The kitchen and bathrooms appear to have been remodeled and well planned with guests in mind. Overall very welcoming and comfortable. I would also recommend this home for families to enjoy. The location was close to restaurants and shopping.
