Great communication from beginning to end. House is exactly as described and the location was perfect. Great place to rent if you’re looking for a nice quiet family friendly home close to downtown, airport, and beaches.

This home was perfect for us. We were in town for a football game. Everything went smoothly and the owner was friendly and very responsive. We would stay there again.

6 adults stayed at this property. It was exactly as shown in the pictures. We flew in from all parts of the country for a football game (we won!). The property was less than 15 minutes driving from both the airport and the stadium. The house was very lovely with all the amenities of home. We loved having linen (towels, washcloths, etc.) in each room. Other places we've stayed required us to get extras from a linen closet somewhere inconvenient. . Dan, the host, was super responsive and so helpful. Fortunately, there was no reason to meet him, in person. As a bonus, the shopping area (Publix, Dollar Tree, etc.) is 5-7 minute drive, 10 Iber ride.If ever we return to Tampa, this will be our repeat hime. Thank you, Dan!

This home is in a quiet neighborhood, I felt safe the entire time. The home is super clean and beautiful. The host was available but we never needed anything, everything work wonderfully. It was well stocked with the everything you might need. Extremely comfortable and we were able to relax. I will definitely visit again one day.

If you are in need of a spacious cozy home with a washer and dryer to the airport- then this is VRBO is just what you’re looking for!! 4 bedrooms which allowed all 3 of my girls to have their own space to unwind from a week’s vacation. Host was very responsive as well and if able, will accommodate your need without you even asking. (We transition to this VRBO towards the latter part of our trip)Thank you so much for accommodating our family!

The home was very clean. The host was very quick with responding to any messages. Location seems a little sketchy upon arrival, but it was a pretty quiet neighborhood and had no troubles or worries at all. Bring your own seasonings if you plan to cook. There was only salt and pepper provided. Not a bad thing. Just something to consider if you cook dinner. Loved the stay over all!

After our original Vrbo reservation was unexpectedly canceled less than 48 hours before our surprise weekend trip because the host double-booked, I was left scrambling to find a place to stay. Thankfully, I came across Dan’s property. I sent a booking request, and within an hour it was accepted. He truly saved our trip!The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed for our family. We spent time at the beach and Busch Gardens, and the location was perfect—everything was an easy drive away. We had a smooth, stress-free stay with no issues at all.Our kids had an absolute blast, and we made some wonderful memories.The only suggestion I’d make is to mention in the listing that there’s a small grill available. I skipped buying food to grill because I wasn’t sure one was provided, so that would be a nice detail for future guests.Thank you, Dan, for helping turn what started as a stressful situation into an amazing weekend. We’d happily stay here again

This home is a great location, close to the airport and easy access to the beach and other area attractions, including downtown. The home is clean and has all anyone would need for a relaxing, comfortable vacation! The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen id well stocked with supplies. Very cute patio also. This home is well-maintained and I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in Tampa!
