This elegant home has original stained glass windows, beautiful woodwork, large dining and living rooms with two full kitchens and access to a gorgeous 2-level deck. Super comfortable beds make this a COZY home to stay in. Great vacation rental for either staying in or going out. Made lots of good memories catching up with old friends around the fire pit. Owners were very responsive, very easy to check in and out.

This house is amazing. Lots of stairs for our older group. We are from a very small town so staying in the heart of the big city was a journey. We enjoy our stay and would do it again. Thank you for a good nights sleep after a long day of Fabric stores.

Awesome!

This beautiful house is fantastic. It’s perfect for a large group of people. There’s a full kitchen and dining room and each floor along with a bathroom and shower on each floor. There are also plenty of places to sleep and parking was great. I never had a problem finding a parking space. The street is lined with large, lovely homes, and it’s within walking distance of Buck’s restaurant.

Great Place To Stay

Eight of us stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The house had everything we needed, tons of room, and is very cute. We had coffee in the backyard and I wish we would've had more time to use the fire pit. Annie was very quick to respond to all questions and accommodating to a special request. The checkin and checkout process were easy and the checkout time is very reasonable. I'd definitely recommend.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! It was close to town so convenient clean with lots of outdoor space to relax and have a game night. Owner was easy to reach and helpful with local suggestions. Beds were very comfy! Would stay there again in a minute!

Gorgeous home!

We loved this historic home, the outdoor space was great for relaxing and dining. Beautiful porch for coffee and people watching. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a large group of 10 that fit easily in this home. Easy access to everything the city has to offer. Great attention to detail in the amenities, decor. Great communication.

Great time for the Bourbon Trail!

While the property has a funky layout, it worked great for us. It is well supplied and stocked and is in a good location a short ride from Downtown and the 4th Street Live venues. Thanks Annie for the great stay!

Great Stay, Great Hosts

The home was just as described - beautiful with historic details and very clean. Annie was a super host, very easy to communicate with and offered great recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect getaway!!!

Our family came from Indiana to see a concert. This location was perfect!!! Beautiful home, space for all 7 of us, easy parking, easy uber/doordash!!! We enjoyed the fire pit setting most!!!

Wonderful for a family Christmas holiday

If you love old Historical homes and need a place for a large family gathering in or near Louisville, KY this is a great place. The hostess was so helpful and attentive to what we needed. She even dropped off a large stock pot that we needed. We were a group of 11 and had plenty of space to spread out or all gather in the living room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Bourbon weakend

8 buddies out for a fun time in Kentucky. House is great. Front porch was cool to hang on. Backyard was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone. Will be back

Great property. Very clean, historic charm, and very well stocked. Annie communicated often to be sure all was well and gave fantastic recommendations for local restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

Amazing Find!

This place was perfect for our group of eight. The host is very communicative and helpful and the house has an amazing backyard area to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend!
