The apartment is located on the ground floor of a small 1-storey building. There is a beautiful terrace perfect for having your meal, resting and chilling, overlooking a tropical garden and the swimming pool. The kitchen and the bathroom have been refurbished with beautiful ceramic which gives it a touch of charm and modernity. The apartment has a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a bench that makes a bed in the room for a possible 3rd person.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
I knew Las Terrenas since 2017 when I was working around Puta Cana. Then, during the lockdown in 2021, I moved in Las Terrenas during almost a year. This was when i decided 2 buy this appartement in this beautiful résidence, because i absolutely love the life style in Las Terrenas which is so fun nice and layback! Because i am a traveler as well, i decided to make this place simple clean and chill perfect for a couple a single pers.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
What I like the most is the lush tropical garden of the residence with many coconut tree, palm tree, a huge flamboyant and many others tropical vegetation with a nice pool in the middle. Just 10 path from my flat door. And also, the location is awesome because its 5 min walking from the beautiful Popi beach. And very close to many bars, restaurants and different useful shop. Basically there is many place you can go at a walking distance.
