This home was built in the early 1960’s. The house includes a beautifully remodeled kitchen, dining area, living room, den and private beach where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
St. Andrews is a waterfront community that has been enjoyed by tourist and locals since the mid 1800’s.
Walking and bike riding is relished in the beautiful area. There are many quaint shops and restaurants along the main road. All of this is within walking distance from this home.

The host was very communicative and that was wonderful! The house was absolutely beautiful. We would stay here again!! When the low tide hits the water by the house, you can see MANY hermit crabs!! So cool for us!

I found communication with Susan was flawless. She was quick to respond to any questions I had and at times offered more information than requested.The house has been well maintained and very comfortable. The view is breathtaking. We look forward to planning another vacation there soon.Thanks for your hospitality. We felt very much “at home”.

The home was very clean. Great location. The host was responsive and available if needed. It was the perfect getaway for my family. Close to everything we wanted to do in PCB. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. 10/10 I highly recommend for large family vacations who want a clean and quiet vacation that is close to adult nightlife, swimming, and family fun in PCB. The backyard is sand, shade and water. Absolutely beautiful for morning coffee!

We had an amazing time. The house was spacious and has a beautiful view of the bay. We had a great view of the fireworks for Independence Day. It’s in a quiet area but a short distance away from all the action of PCB. We had a couple things come up and the host took care of it quickly. Highly recommended, especially for larger groups.

An outstanding location and visit to Panama City. The property is ideally located; close to a small, quaint section of Panama City and right on the water. Easily accessible to many different areas, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the beach traffic. The house is large and very clean and neat. We had a fairly large group of adults in the house and they all loved it!

This was a great house! We had a large group of old friends, it never felt cramped and we enjoyed the time together. Hope to get everyone back there for another stay soon! The home was well maintained, very clean and in a great location.

Fourth of July beach trip

Had a great time with family. The house was very spacious and just what we were looking for. Enjoyed watching the fireworks from the private beach. Was a perfect location to boat launch and to spend days at shell island beach.

Wonderful big house on the bay!

This clean, spacious, comfortable property was a perfect place for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids to gather for 9 days. The home is large and well designed for a big group of people to stay. We really enjoyed the enormous, shady, backyard that backs up to the bay with plenty of chairs for all and lots of sand for the kids to play!

Huge House, Amazing Views

We needed a big house for our group and needed to be close to the Ecofina creek for our family kayaking trip. This place was great! Big house, right on bay and close enough to the Ecofina for our kayaking trip. House was clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful

The house was amzing , very spacious, enough room my family of 10 to spread out . The beach part was fabulous , no need to go anywhere just stay at the house . We will definitely be back again . Location was great , and so were the restaurants just right around the corner .

Reunion

Five couples who have been friends since college and some since childhood. Great opportunity for five or six couples to get together under the same roof on a beautiful site. Great location, easily accessible well appointed with plenty of amenities for such a gathering.

Great Place

I was able to rent this house for our fishing trip. House is very spacious and it was great all of us having our own room. It’s not on the beach but it’s close to everything and acces to beach view where we relax by the ocean. Wish there was more light on the yard.

Great quiet getaway with plenty of space & lots to do

Very nice. Lots of space. Beautiful views of the Bay. Close to many shops, restaurants & boat rentals. It is walkable, would just depend on the heat and your party of people if you would want to. We drove. Plenty of places to park most of the time .Very well maintained. Great history in the furnishings but yet very modernized as well. Big yard! Lots of outside space to set up an outside game or BBQ or sit in the shade. Very quiet Neighborhood. The host was Great to respond to any questions. The pictures are true online. We plan to stay here again! We were a group of 4, but the house can obviously accommodate many more, but as big as it was still nice for a smaller group too. Many chairs at the beach area to sit. Trees & sun on the beach with an umbrella there too! The bay is shallow here so you would not have to worry as much about small children. You would have to go out a ways to get waist deep. But with a float you could enjoy yourself. The steps leading to the water are stable and easy to use. Again, while we were there the water is very shallow, but very beautiful to look at. I have only 1 con for me. There was no screened porch. But that is common. I would suggest in the hotter months, like August to get a fan for sitting on the bay side concrete back area attached to house (there is an outside plug in there). But obviously you have the beach to sit! As well as the front of the house & the "back" side of the house which are great in case it rains.

Room to spread out

Lovely home. Susan is so easy to work with. The home is comfortable and peaceful. Hairdryers, tp, soap and shampoo provided. Home has a washer and dryer. Had use of 7 bedrooms which was so convenient for extended family. Fished the bay all week and caught a puffer fish. Note that this is on the bay - not oceanfront. If you are looking to put up an umbrella and sit on the beach you have a 15-20 minute drive. We walked to the park and marina regularly. Very nice, safe area. So grateful!

This property is extremely unique. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to many great restaurants and shopping. There are seven bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one half bath, living room, dining room, den, and a private beach. The private beach has beautiful views of Shell Island, the pass into the Gulf of Mexico, as well as sea birds and dolphins that are found in the area
