Historical 25th Street original building from the 1880’s. Open concept 1500 square foot Executive Apartment. Amazing views of the mountains and overlooking 25th Street. High ceilings, big bright windows and original brick walls. Gourmet kitchen with 6ft island with cooktop and double oven.
The apartment is located on the third floor of the building with no elevator. The remaining 4000 square feet of the building is rented as commercial space.

Great spot on Historic 25th street! The apartment was clean and bright and well-equipped. Including a regular coffee maker and a Keurig! Brant was very helpful with suggestions if you need them. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location on Historic 25th Street! Parking is tight behind the building during the week, but there’s a nice free lot across the street at Union Station. The apartment is huge and very comfortable.

Apartment was exactly as described. It was spacious and very clean. Very short walk to many downtown restaurants, bars, and shops. There is road noise as you are "downtown" and the apartment is on the corner of a busy street. I was traveling for business so I didn't use the kitchen but looked like it was well stocked to cook meals. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever had in a VRBO! I had no problem parking my truck in the spot. This is so much better than a hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to Snowbasin (30 mins) and Powder Mountain. Alta and Snowbird are easy to get to as well.Host was very helpful and easy to work with.

The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect! We had 3 adults and one child and we had more than enough room. Communications with host was excellent! We will be back!

Perfect location!

This property is beautiful, just as pictured in the listing. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is clean. The location was perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful property and host

We stayed here for 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it - vibrant area, right on 25th st; great host....very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay here and can’t say enough good things — this was our second time staying at this property, and we would absolutely come back again.The location is truly fantastic. Being able to walk to great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars made the trip feel easy and relaxing from the start. Everything we needed was right nearby, which was especially nice after long days of skiing.We stayed for a full week with our family and had more than enough space to be comfortable. The place was clean, well cared for, and very easy to settle into — it felt like a perfect home base for our trip.Snowbasin was only about a 30-minute drive, and honestly, that drive ended up being a great way to unwind after full days on the mountain. It was smooth, scenic, and never felt like a hassle.Overall, this is a five-star stay all around — excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and a great setup for a Utah ski vacation. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again.

Ski getaway

What a cute apartment! Had a great stay on historic 25th. So close to shopping and restaurants, and a short drive to Snowbasin. Apartment was clean and bed was comfy!

Nice 10 Day Sta

This apartment had all the amenities and comfort for a 10 day stay. The place is unique with its industrial feel full of bright natural light. We did a bit of cooking and had everything we could possibly need. I recommend Brant’s place.
