Ocean City, Md itself was looking fresh and clean, more inviting to families these days. CLEANLINESS: The condo was comfortable but the floor needed to be mopped and vacuumed (we told them). Grabbing still had dried food on it. NO ELEVATORS:

Great quiet location, in the middle of everything

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was really quiet and comfortable. The modernized kitchen was a plus and a bit of a contrast (in a good way) from some of the other older units we have stayed in. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this unit to others.

The electric lock glitches at times causing it to unlock, then relock immediately. Perfect location but 3rd floor and no elevator. Amenities and unit are top notch with a nice screened in patio, making nights great avoiding the bugs.

A great beach vacation!

Great and spacious location but expected more due to price

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed several nights at Our Place at the Beach in Ocean City a few weeks ago, outside peak season. The location was a real strength: it felt safe, parking was free and easy, and restaurants, shops, and groceries were close by. The apartment is spacious and clean, with two bathrooms, a full living room and dining area, and a nice screened-in porch.That said, several things fell short, especially at the rate we paid during a local music festival:Photos: The apartment looks more updated online than it is in person.Beds: The twin and king mattresses were very uncomfortable, and we were in real pain each morning. Newer mattresses would make the biggest difference.Bedding: Guests make the beds and return linens to a bin at checkout. After a long travel day, that’s a lot to ask at this price. Made beds, or a clear note in the listing, would help.Basics: No soap, shampoo, conditioner, or laundry detergent. Only one roll of toilet paper and one paper towel roll for the whole stay. A starter supply would go a long way.Furnishings and cleanliness: The main couch is worn, and the remotes were sticky. The TV was hard to operate. A deep clean and a simple TV guide would help.Communication: We couldn’t reach the hosts at the number provided on arrival and had to find another contact in the app. When we asked whether we could check out early, the reply treated it as confirmed and sent refund details right away. Confirming before acting would avoid confusion for guests with fixed plans. The location and space are real strengths. With better mattresses, stocked basics, and clearer communication, this could be a much better stay for the price.

Great spot!

We came for the music festival and this was a great spot. It is just a block or two from one of the shuttle pick-up spots so it was great for making our way to the festival. Parking was easy and the place is nice! We would stay again if we come back to Ocean City!

Nice Condo for small family

We enjoyed the convenience of this condo, in a pretty nice area, within walking distance to the beach and all the spots we wanted to check out. It made traveling up and down the Coastal Highway a breeze!! Very clean, linen package a plus. Would rent again!! The only reason for the four stars was we had an issue with the a/c. Other than that, perfect!

Enjoyed the quiet on the bay side. Grandkids really enjoyed the pool. Unit was nicely decorated and comfortable. Unit was on the 3rd floor, so we got our exercise each day. Would stay here again.

Perfect condo for a family

We booked a last minute LDW stay for our family of four. The condo was perfect for us…super clean, well equipped kitchen, cozy balcony overlooking green space, huge pool that my kids loved and a quick 5 min walk up the beach. This condo checks all of the boxes!

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay. It had all the comforts of home. Great to have the washer and dryer and full kitchen. We love the screened in deck on the back. I would highly recommend this condo. Plenty of room for all of us.

Nice Family Stay

Stayed here for a family member’s birthday. Nice and comfortable stay. Only thing I’d recommend is mentioning that this unit is on the 3rd floor in the listing. Had one family member with me that isn’t great with stairs.

great place!

We booked this property after my sons baseball team qualified for a state tournament in the area. The house was great, short, direct walk to the beach. the best feature was outside the back screened deck was a wooded courtyard that allowed peace & quiet in the middle a a busy city.The host was great at responding & truly just a nice person! Highly recommend!

Grandparents with grandkids

We had a fun weekend in Ocean City with our grandkids! The condo was perfect within easy walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed using the kitchen for easy breakfasts and a pizza dinner. Loved the living room's comfy couches for watching TV and reading. Getting to the many restaurants and activities nearby was so easy - enjoyed crabs, mini-golf, the amusement park, and more!
