This stylish 2BR 2 BA unit is one of the nicest units in the complex and features a large porch with captain chair seating and beautiful bay views. There is also a picnic table for alfresco dining by the water! You’ll love ending each day relaxing on it as the sun sets over the horizon. Inside, there are luxury vinyl floors throughout. The walls are freshly painted and newer furnishings throughout. The master bedroom has a king-size bed while the second bedroom has a full and a twin. There are TVs in both bedrooms. A queen sleeper sofa is available for guest use. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, tile backsplash along with stainless steel appliances and is ready to make those cost saving meals at home! There is a washer/dryer in the unit and of course free Wi-Fi.

The complex features a large pool and is strategically located on 79th street to enjoy all that Ocean City and Berlin have to offer. Whether you are going south to the boardwalk, North toward Delaware or attending games in Berlin or Salisbury, this location provides easy access. The kids will love being close to miniature golf, SUP's, Jet ski rentals, go carts, waterparks and movies. The adults will love being close to numerous great restaurants/bars such as Hooked, The Hobbit, Taste of Italy and Longboard to name a few.

So, come stay in this fantastic unit and make some Ocean City memories.

*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry, no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is located on the 1st floor.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

This condo was in the perfect spot, away from the busy boardwalk, beach access right across the street and great restaurants nearby. I loved the amenities, the free pool and it had beach accessories in the closet in case you didn't bring your own. The kitchen was equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, even simple seasonings if you were cooking. The view from the patio overlooking the bay was amazing. The first night we stayed they just happened to set off fireworks from a boat on the bay. The rooms were great sizes and beds were pretty comfy. The decor is nice but a little dated. Great communication with the owner and the company helping him rent to us.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Ocean City! We’ve been coming to Ocean City for over 30 years, and without a doubt, this is the best place we’ve ever stayed.The condo was beautifully renovated, and the first thing we noticed when we walked in was how incredibly clean it was. You could tell it had just been professionally cleaned, which made us feel right at home. The owners also provide sheets and towels, which made packing so much easier.Every appliance was updated and worked perfectly. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Traveling with two young children can sometimes be challenging, but they even had kid-friendly cups, plates, and utensils available, which was such a thoughtful touch.The pool was perfect for the kids, and the bay view was absolutely breathtaking. The location couldn’t have been better—there are so many great restaurants nearby, and it’s only a short drive to the inlet and the Boardwalk, making it easy to enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer.Everyone in our family was comfortable and happy throughout the entire trip. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year. Highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, updated, family-friendly place to stay in Ocean City!

Relaxation

The condo is kept in a very quiet secluded bequaint.Area not a whole lot of traffic, close to the beach.Close to the shops.

Great location for a weekend in Ocean City!

My friends and I stayed at David’s property for a weekend getaway to the beach. The property was stunning, very clean, and had all household essentials (including beach toys). The check-in process was seamless and the communication from the property was also great. Was a bit nervous to stay seeing as it is a relatively new listing, but glad we took the risk!

The perfect place for a family

Everything in the listing was as described. Easy check in process. Everything that we needed was prepared. I appreciated the Bay View and that the property was on the first floor. The pool was very nice. A very quiet community.

Great sun set on the bay

Brand new, nicely funirshed, new appliances appartment. Fan in the master bath must be fixed as its very loud. Over than that everything else is perfect. Matresses are very comfy and clean.

This condo exceeded all of our expectations! The view is gorgeous! The condo was beautiful inside and super clean! We will absolutely book here again! My family didn’t want to leave!

Location is great for getting to the beach and quiet for sleeping. The pool was nice and heated. There was beach supplies for use with kids. Unit had all necessary supplies. The AC rule of not setting the temperature below 72 was bothersome because the front bedroom did not cool down the same as the rest of the rooms even with the use of ceiling fans. In addition, the unit was not as clean as we hoped. There was pink and black mold in the shower and it looked due for a deep clean. The company seems to be very busy and does not return communications prior to your check in within a timely manner. Once we checked in and discovered issues they were timely in their responses and informed us the issues would be looked into and resolved. They also offered a late check out but we unfortunately could not extend our time.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

I would give this a 4.5 star. This condo was in a great location. Quick walk to the beach, stores and some restaurants. It was too far to walk to the boardwalk (which was about 50 blocks) but we knew that and preferred to be further away. Parking near the boardwalk is tricky. The back porch was my favorite part. It was so quiet and you can watch a beautiful sunset. Fully stocked kitchen for eating in some nights. Lots of games and puzzles for entertainment. David was very quick to respond to my questions leading up to check in. Check in was very easy and seamless. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars: The master bathroom (which has the toilet and shower only) were very small, you could barely close the door. The sink was outside of that so at least that was helpful. You cannot hang anything over the porch railings so it would have been helpful if there were more hooks to hang up wet bathing suits and towels to dry. On the deck or in the bathroom would have been a huge benefit. We were told there were not beach chairs and it did not say it in the listing. We packed 4 beach chairs but the unit had quite a few of them...FYI. There were beach chairs and sand toys which was great. Overall a great stay and I would not hesitate to book.

Great Place!

Reviewer Comments: Really nice place, location, ammenties, the included linen package, views, etc, would recommend to others, I would not feel that most anyone would be disappointed with this place!!If I were to provide constructive feedback it would be:1) similar to a prior reviewer, if you like coffee, the 4 cup mini coffee maker is not adequate for a groups of more than 2 coffee drinkers. What was disappointing about this is I specifically asked the management agent, in response to prior review, if the coffee pot was full size, their response was it was a standard drip, leading me to believe it was full size so didnt bring my own. If they didnt know or knew it was a mini drip they should have said so. This was important to us as it added some frustration to having morning coffee on the patio, hampered by the mutiple pots we had to brew and wait for.2) not huge but for awareness, the house has general ware and tare items, scuffs on walls and floors, few dents behind door knobs, and pullout couch starting to show its age, mattress not comfortable, that may be good items for off season to spruce up.I will say the beach chairs and extra futon were great surprise ammenties to find!!Overall opinion is 4.5 stars if it doesn't calculate that way!
