Looking to shift your attitude to relaxation and vacation mode? Then look no further than our Lake View Latitude Adjustment! The amazing decks and stunning lake views are sure to lift your latitude and attitude.

We look forward to hosting you at our lake view condo, where we provide special amenities and thoughtful touches for our guests throughout their stay.

It`s right by Table Rock Lake in Holiday Island. There is free wifi and smart TV, cable in both the living room and master, a grill and outdoor seating, and cozy furniture. Come enjoy the marina and world-class golf courses! It`s 15 min to Eureka Springs, 33 min to Turpentine Wildlife Rescue, 35 min to Dogwood Canyon, and 1 hr Silver Dollar City.

Two Off-street parking spots are available. There is a flight of stairs to walk down to the property. Keypad door lock for easy guests access.
If you are planning to bring a trailer, please let us know prior to arrival so we can make accommodations for you to park at the marina nearby. Trailers are not permitted to park in the parking area.

Was a nice place close to Eureka Springs and Branson areas. Was very clean and comfortable. Great for fur babies too. Would stay there again for sure. Communication was great with Autumn.

Host was great with communication. We had trouble figuring out a thermostat setting and they had great communication to figure it out to make us comfortable. Cute place that was pet friendly.

This was a nice quiet place to stay while we were sightseeing in the area. The house was clean and well furnished for our needs. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway at this location. The condo was very clean, the neighborhood was very quiet, and the property manager kept us well informed. We will definitely return!

Clean and comfortable. Views were amazing. Location was pretty quiet. Loves seeing the wildlife wander through the yard early in the morning. Definitely recommend and hope to return!

Nice location and great property.

The property was at a good location. It has nice amenities and is fully equipped. It was pet friendly. The house is well maintained. The host, Aspen was very good in communicating for any questions as it was our first time using a VRBO location.

Property was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed, and in a very peaceful/safe location. It was neat getting to read the guest book as well. The internet was a little slow, so our kids couldn’t watch any streaming services (although the internet speed test said things were fine), and it didn’t impact regular internet usage. Definitely would stay again!

Very clean and the manager Aspen was great. Smaller kitchen and lots of steps from parking area to condo. Great views and very quiet when we were there mid March.

Great Place To Enjoy the Outdoors

If you like decks and patios, this is your place! Property has all the main living essentials you need and a week kept interior, exterior and community neighborhood. Although we visited in the early spring, we had the area mainly to ourselves, but i can see this bring a crazy fun place in summer if you like lake living!

Loved it.

Went down to have a mom/daughter weekend. We brought our dogs with us, the property made us and our dogs feel very welcomed. There are steep steps to get down to the house, but we had an amazing time!

The cabin was a cute space with a nice layout, and we enjoyed the deck and the view. The host was responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. She also worked with VRBO to provide a partial refund after we reported the issues, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our stay. The community pool, one of the reasons we chose this property, was unavailable despite being advertised in the listing. When we inquired at the recreation center, we were told this has been a frequent issue for properties in the area. One of the advertised sleeping spaces was missing linens, and the water pressure was so low that showering was difficult and we were unable to use the laundry facilities.While we appreciated the host's communication and efforts to address the situation afterward, we were disappointed that these issues had not been resolved before our arrival. We also appreciate that the listing has since been updated to more accurately reflect the property's amenities, and we hope the remaining maintenance concerns are addressed so future guests can fully enjoy their stay.

My wife and son really enjoyed staying at the property. The area was beautiful and very quiet. We had all the amenities we needed and the coffee was great! The owner was very responsive and communicated with us through email to make sure that we had all that we needed. Super nice! We would stay again and recommend to other friends.
