Historic Charm Near Downtown Ocala

Step back in time while enjoying modern comforts in this charming one-bedroom apartment in a beautiful 1918 Frame Vernacular historic home. Once part of the Martin Estate, this cozy retreat is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families.

Your Private Apartment

Enjoy approximately 800 square feet with a private entrance, spacious bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen, and comfortable living area with a convertible sectional sofa and electric fireplace. Amenities include a smart TV, workspace, washer and dryer, and everything needed for a relaxing stay.

The kitchen features a refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, air fryer, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and essentials. Coffee, tea, and pantry basics are provided.

Historic Bathroom

Enjoy the character of a clawfoot tub with shower attachment. Please note that entering and exiting the tub requires mobility and balance. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Shared Outdoor Amenities

Relax by the large shared pool, unwind on the deck, dine outdoors, or use the gas grill. Pool floats, loungers, and an outdoor gas fire pit are available. Two bicycles are shared among the property’s apartments.

Walk to Downtown Ocala

Downtown Ocala’s historic square is about a quarter-mile away, with restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment, and beautiful architecture. Enjoy the monthly First Friday Art Walk and seasonal Saturday farmers market. A car is recommended for exploring farther attractions.

Really enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. The pool was perfect and the bed was very comfortable. Host was very responsive and courteous. Place was nice and clean for us and it was a great location near downtown! We will definitely book again.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay, but, we are sorry we were not able to accommodate the additional day you requested. Batteries do wear out even though we replace them routinely, which is why we keep extra batteries under the sink. Sorry for any inconvenience

It was a lovely place to stay for a very reasonable, and I was happy that I could bring my dog. The size of the backyard for the dog was a little disappointing, but it served its purpose.We had a nice stay. Thank you.

We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice and clean. Great neighborhood, close to everything in Ocala. Would definitely stay there again

The historic district is full of charm and character. I love to walk a few minutes downtown to eat at the wonderful restaurants, shop in the boutiques and listen to live music. The architecture of each home is completely different than the next making for an interesting eclectic collection of homes.

The suite is a great value located in a great downtown historic neighborhood. Guests have parking, a kitchen, living room, bathroom, large bedroom, deck and shared pool deck all steps from downtown.
